Arlay communicated effectively, timely, and professionally during our initial conversations/negotiations about the vehicle. What really made Arlay stand out as a salesman was when he personally detailed our vehicle before we left with our new purchase. Our appointment was somewhat late on a Saturday afternoon, and the detailing team had already left for the evening. The vehicle was pretty clean already, but had some rain spots and normal dust/dirt from having been on the lot.
