“I got an email from Amber Lubbers reminding me that an oil change was due on my 2019 Equinox. I called her back and was able to make an appointment for the very next day. I arrived a little early for my appointment as was greeted by Patrick LePoudre, the service advisor. He wrote me up immediately and my car was taken to the service bay. I had time, so I looked at cars in the show room and was greeted by Eric Murphy, who took his time going over what vehicles would suit my needs, if I decided to trade in my current Equinox (he actually got it appraised while I was there). Although I did not buy at this time, I will certainly return to Eric when the time is right. I went back to the waiting room and enjoyed a free bag of potato chips (muchly appreciated) and in not time, Patrick came and got me as my car was ready early.
