He had a very calm demeanor, he is knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy and he did extra research for us to really help us decide on the right car. Ben is authentic which is hard to find at a car dealership. It’s a business that also needs to make money but it would have been nice to get a little more for our trade. One tip or advice for the dealership, please remove vehicles as soon as they are sold. It is frustrating when you drive hours away to then be told morning of that the car was sold over the weekend, but it’s still showing as available. Ben was kind enough to call and let me know Monday morning, but it would have been nice to know right after it sold. That almost made me go to a different dealership. Luckily Ben sent me some other options. Tonkin, you can train people for a job but you can’t teach authenticity and kindness. Please continue to hire great people like Ben and Jacob!
