“My husband and I hate car shopping because of the sleazy car salesman vibe. We were pleasantly surprised with Ben Bjork. He had a very calm demeanor, he is knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy and he did extra research for us to really help us decide on the right car. Ben is authentic which is hard to find at a car dealership. He also went above and beyond when I started to get a headache he went and found me some ibuprofen. Jacob the finance manager was also fun to work with. Great bubbly personality and made sure we had all the coverage we needed within our payment range. The only thing I was a little bummed about was the value we got for our trade in. It’s a business that also needs to make money but it would have been nice to get a little more for our trade. One tip or advice for the dealership, please remove vehicles as soon as they are sold. It is frustrating when you drive hours away to then be told morning of that the car was sold over the weekend, but it’s still showing as available. Ben was kind enough to call and let me know Monday morning, but it would have been nice to know right after it sold. That almost made me go to a different dealership. Luckily Ben sent me some other options. Tonkin, you can train people for a job but you can’t teach authenticity and kindness. Please continue to hire great people like Ben and Jacob! Thank you both!”

“Update: Graham in service went above and beyond to calm my frustrations and assisted with contacting the warranty company, procuring the parts and making the repair. He also told me who held the contract, my warranty number and future steps I can take if I have issues with the Honda. Overall I'm still disappointed with the 23' Odyssey EX-L over the 2020 Sienna Sport and the immediate issues we've had with it but I'd still like to recognize the service team. Be Cautious. I purchased a brand-new 2023 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Tonkin Gresham Honda in June 2023, trading in my 2020 Toyota Sienna Sport. By October, it became clear I had made a serious mistake. Not long after purchase, the Odyssey flooded with over three inches of water in the rear cargo area. The explanation I was given was a “plugged drain,” allowing water to collect inside the vehicle. The issue was eventually repaired and the carpets cleaned to prevent mold, but this is not the type of defect anyone expects from a new vehicle—especially from a dealership that prides itself on quality. Mistake number two was purchasing the 8-year / 120,000-mile “Honda Care” warranty for an additional $1,999. What is not disclosed clearly at the time of sale is that this plan is not actually Honda-backed, but instead run by a third-party company with the discretion to decide whether a repair is “defect-related” or “customer fault.” In other words, what you think is peace of mind may very well be a $2,000 gamble. I’m now dealing with a broken cable clip in the rear seat panel that prevents the seat from folding properly—something that should be simple and straightforward for a comprehensive warranty. I’ll soon find out whether this “Honda Care” warranty considers it their responsibility or just another denied claim. Bottom line: Tonkin Gresham Honda sold me a new vehicle that flooded within months and a warranty that wasn’t what it was represented to be. Between the unexpected defects and the lack of transparency around warranty coverage, I cannot recommend this dealership. “My wife purchased a 2024 Golf R from this location. We live 4 hours away and Ben Bjork was fantastic. As this was a surprise for me, my wife dealt directly with Ben and he treated her with the respect and kindness she deserves. The vehicle was as described they were very fair on our trade and were very transparent through the sales process. I have a local dealer to me that I'm very loyal to and when they could not find me what I wanted. I feel fortunate to find a dealer and salesperson with the integrity and honesty to deal with over the phone. Glad I now have a second dealer I can trust.”

“I recently bought a vehicle here and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I contacted them through their website expressing interest in a 2026 Honda Civic they had available, and they quickly got back to me. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by Giovanni, who was incredibly friendly. We took the Honda on a test drive and I immediately knew it was the one. I informed him that this would be my first vehicle so I was quite excited. He was fantastic, making the entire process straightforward and and easy. After some discussing and negotiating, we reached an agreement on the final price of the vehicle, and keys were handed over to me. Thanks to them, I can now proudly say I have my first car, and I'm enjoying it immensely!
