“Went to the dealership to get my 2020 outlander fixed , unfortunately ended up having more repairs needed to be done , Chris the mechanic recommended speaking to the sales department to see if we could trade in our car . Us not having much credit and a baby on the way I was super nervous . Not only did our sales representative go above and beyond to make sure that we left there with a drivable reliable car , he spoke to the owner who made sure I also was provided enough time to come up with the full down payment ( again I have horrible credit and a previous repo from when I was younger ). He also advised us he’ll speak to the service department about our other car and see what he can do to help . The customer service here is A1, it’s not just about a commission to them it’s about your satisfaction . So although I still have a messed up car to fix , I also walked out of there with my first ever car in my name only and a reliable car for my children to grow up in while we figure out my husbands car . I thank you again for everything , highly recommended.”
