“Good people to negotiate. They're forthwith and patient. I had a little hassle to get a "fair" price according to KBB and other online resources. We're at the finish line and now something so simple has left me in a state of bewilderment. The process went well. yes. Paperwork went well. yes. Delivery went as planned. NO. and NO, it's not happening. I spoke to the appropriate staffing members and the simple truth of the matter is that Infinity of South Bay didn't make enough money off of me to provide the delivery service that was advertised on their web site. They even indicated to me, much to my shock..... That I got too good a deal and I can not be afforded that service. It makes me feel like i went through a Time-Sale Property "pitch". All things said, I'll pay for my uber to get my promised delivered vehicle. Conclusion: Get it writing.... oh, wait, it seems that if they lose money on a transaction they may not honor it. If you want what they advertise, make sure they're making at least some profit (sarcastically).”
