Having purchased four vehicles from CarMax, I can confidently say that outstanding CarMax care is a key reason for my loyalty. It's completely normal to have those "what if" concerns when buying a used car, but so far, I’ve only needed to bring in two of my four vehicles. Mike has been incredible, consistently going above and beyond to address any issues I might have. His communication is top-notch—he keeps me informed every step of the way. Even when Mike isn't reaching out, the entire team is there to ensure I'm in the loop. They’ve even spotted and fixed issues I hadn’t noticed! While some may see this as upselling, I see it as a proactive approach that saves me from future headaches. “Wow. I'm not even in Arizona and was so impressed with Noelia's help in the business office that I wanted to write a thank you. She spent 25 min on the phone looking into some answers for a vehicle for me. She was very kind, friendly, and focused on getting answers. It's the best when you get great service, bonus when it's on Valentine's.”

“2 stars because I've sold two cars here and the process was super easy. However, they lose 3 stars because when I came in to buy. I was really interested in a vehicle that I reserved socI came in 2 days early because I had some extra time so I requested to test drive the car early, they said they could do that and had me go outside to check out the car, said someone would call me shortly to do the drive. I waited an hour, the call never came, no test drive, so I left. Then a few hours later I got a random email telling me my appointment had been scheduled for the next day, I never requested this rescheduled appointment. Anyway, took my business elsewhere and have a new car in the driveway.”

“Always receive the best customer service there. Lilly is at the top of my list for excellent and caring customer service. She is very attentive to all the customer's needs, and she is very kind and gracious. I was there with both of my parents who are both over 90 and she didn't rush. She made sure they understood everything that was going on. She didn't just talk to me, but to my parents as well. She truly is the epitome of what customer service should be. I sold two cars on two separate days, and she was as gracious on the second visit as she was the first visit.”

“I recently bought a beautiful 2021 Honda civic sport in October as my first car, it was my first ever time buying a car, but Stacey she was amazing!! From the first day I did a test drive she made sure I liked the car and not pushing me into something I may regret later, from beginning to end Stacey was truly amazing, she explained everything into detail and was super patient with my again as a first time buyer and not having everything prepared from calling banks to get me approved for loans to getting my insurance setup, i probably would’ve went crazy dealing with myself as a customer, she also explained how I have amount of days I can return the car if I didn’t like it and looking for something else, even after she reached out to make sure it was the car I wanted before the days were up, but I just want to thank Stacey once again for truly helping me and if there is anyone looking for a car I would recommend asking for Stacey!!”
