I went in for an appraisal, thinking there was no way I would be able to leave with anything. Jerry sat down with me, listened, and worked with all of my restrictions. I went from driving around a dumpster, to leaving the lot with a car I couldn't even dream of owning. All of the staff was great, both in person and on the phones.
