“Last week we were in for an oil change. It was the usual awesome treatment and quick service. I never used to take my oil changes to the dealer but the experience here makes it worth it.
We have also purchased two used cars over the last 15 years from this location. Both cars were absolute keepers with no issues.
Truth is we did get mistreated at a different dealer while shopping for the last used car we bought, but that's never happened here.”

“I received a coupon for an oil change and it said pickup and delivery was free. I thought I would try it. my car was picked up from my work and I received text notifications every step of the way. once my car arrived I received a call with another issue and Christina explained it thoroughly. I am so glad that i was able to not worry about my vehicle getting the correct care. I would definitely recommend Yark to everyone. Service amazing, communication outstanding.”

“Bill was an excellent service tech!!! Prompt, friendly, and timely. The techs covered my seats and floor mats during service recall. Estimated time of service was accurate and Bill called me and did offer drop-off service which I kindly declined. Brondes service dept gave me a bad taste in my mouth; they did not care about my car being new and didnt cover or protect my interior while repairing, they acted like they were irritated to have to work and didnt treat me like a new customer, but like I was bothering them because I had a recall. Yark all the way!”

“DO NOT USE YARK FORD!!
After unexpectedly having to leave my brand new Explorer, not just overnight but for several weeks; I was robbed of hundreds of dollars in items and cash… to be made whole I have to choose if I want to file an auto claim or not knowing my insurance will increase as a result!!
My vehicle required minor computer work and after several weeks of delays and maintenance issues, it was outside parked in an open lot, along a covered fence, hidden in the dark, that made it very easy to be broken into.
My back passenger window was smashed out (nearly $380 to Glass Doctor), a Nintendo switch w/case with several games (over $800)…expensive sunglasses (over $300), cash ($800) and several other smaller valuables all stolen.
On top of that, my vehicle still had a ridiculous amount of glass inside and was moderately cleaned up when I got it back. I spent close to two hours vacuuming and wiping it down so my kids don’t get shards in their skin.
Ridiculous way to operate and expect repeat business, let alone referral business. So much for work being accomplished under warranty.”
