“I was disappointed. We know that Sienas are difficult to come by. The salesperson we met did let us into the showroom at almost closing time. He did give us info about Sienas coming in. But he didn't ask our names or contact info. We made an appointment to come back later in the week. Still no Sienas when we went back which we figured might happen. He did say he would contact us to see one next week (after he got my husband's number). He said we could contact him. He didn't. I guess he didn't want the sale. So neither he or Jim White got our business.”

Great communication and frequent updates throughout the process. They were able to give me a fair price on the vehicle. “Be alert when you go to Jim White Toyota. There was a $2500 off MSRP hanging in the window of a pick up truck that I wanted. When the sales person and the sales manager presented me with the paperwork, I noticed the sales manager conveniently left off the $2500 MSRP. When I questioned the sales manager about it his statement to me was, I can add it if you want me to. Sounds pretty underhanded to me. I don’t have to tell you folks that I walked out and did buy a truck somewhere else.”
