“Ok...so I have my car in the shop for the hundredth time and I am so frustrated with the process. It's MLK Day and instead of me relaxing and letting freedom ring on my day off...I am stressing over my vehicle. I get a phone call from from Eyan in sales telling me to get rid of my hunk of junk and come see him. I reluctantly went in as I was not in the mood for a sales pitch on my day off. I am so glad I went!! Eyan and Tarique worked non stop and would not give up until I was in a brand new car!! They got me more for my trade and also got me my money back for my service bill as the car was not fixed. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. “Owned My Kia Telluride for 5 years. Service advisor Tracy was professional and Courteous. Unfortunately on our latest service need car went in to limp mode due to a broken speed sensor. It was a frayed wire. Tracy explained that we must have hit something and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. This was after earlier explaining that my 2021 car was built in 2019 and warranty are based on when your vehicle was manufactured not when purchased. Mind you we ordered our car 10/31/2020 and received delivery on 2/5/2021. We asked to have a manager or Kia contact us regarding this concern. No one called. We travel more than 30 miles to service our car with Nationwide to ensure our Engine for life warranty. If they will not cover a frayed wire of $700. What am I to believe that they would say if my engine were to fail? Buyer beware on all things warranty it doesn’t benefit them to honor it. I was sold an extended warranty that if I curbed a wheel rim it would be covered. I know this was not true. Yet a month after purchase we had hail storm damage and inquired about paint less dent repair it was not covered. Stating, “It was an act of God” from the warranty company. Warranty prices are too good to be true because they are not. We have had 2 warranty claims resolved without concern. This one kind of baffles me. That a frayed wire with no other damage can be deemed at fault accident by owner. I need to reevaluate whether it makes sense to keep bring my car for maintenance at an inconvenience and higher price. For the engine for life warranty I cannot be sure is honored.”
