“I recently bought a 2020 Honda Accord in December 2025. The salesman showed me a great Carfax history, the car’s appearance looked great. Nothing in the small moment I spent at the dealership with the car seemed wrong. I put down $12,000 for a down payment which they loved being that there was no hassle at all to get this car. Now 1 month later I had the car all the lights on the dash came on at the same time and every single safety warning was alerting me. So I took the car to Mile High Honda where they ran a diagnostic check. So now the car has fuel injectors that need to be replaced. The fuel injectors have been leaking fuel into my entire engine and in the oil pan. They sold me on how they do a thorough service check to make sure the car is in good condition before going on the lot, however they deny knowing about this issue. Not only that but mile high Honda & discount tires told me that my tire tread is extremely low and all 4 of my tires need to be replaced. Altogether I’m looking at a $3500 service bill. My extended warranty doesn’t cover anything that’s wrong with this car. So I called echo park spoke to a Liz in service and she tells me I’m outside their 30 day window to be able to bring the car back. But she lied and said she would speak with her team/manager to see if they can make an exception. She said she would call me back but do you think she did. Think twice before spending your money at this place. They will lie and tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to buy the car. They will lie and tell you they do a thorough vehicle check but their “standards” are so low they make sure the car will run just enough to leave their lot. I feel violated by this dealership into a car that turns out to be a whole lemon!”

“This will be the 3rd time I have purchased a car from EchoPark Thornton, CO location. It gets better every time! This time Angel was who helped me & my wife. This young man is going places. The respect, honesty & no nonsense is on par as if he were a personal friend of ours. He gave me his personal cell number bc it took my bank a few days to finalize things on their end. He stayed in contact with me the entire time & was able to make the process one of the most smooth I've ever experienced. “Found a car in my price range for sale here and called to reserve a test drive. The guy on the phone was very helpful and reassuring even though I was a bit annoying with my questions. Whoever you were, sorry and thank you. Once I got there, service was quick and helpful even though you could tell they had a lot going on. Sam was my car salesman and he was very upfront and direct about their sales practices. In turn I was able to be very direct and upfront with what I wanted in a car and what my budget was. Even though my down payment was only $1k on a $8k car, he worked with me and didn’t shift his energy in a hopeless direction. After the test drive most of the rest of the visit was spent trying to get me approved which I knew was going to be difficult. But Sam kept me updated and it was clear to me he was going to do everything in his power to get me this car. And he did so even with minimal inquiries to my credit (which I was very thankful for as I’ve been doing constant work on it in the last year).
