“Poor customer care. Purchased a limited edition jeep beach. Still under warranty! New to the jeep world, we didn't realize it was supposed to have a limited edition box that is supposed to come with the vehicle. That box contained all sorts of collectibles, tickets for Daytona jeep beach, also including information about the certain number that the jeep was made. Extremely important for the value of the vehicle. Well we do know for a fact the box was in the jeep because we know the person who witnessed one of the salesmen open the box, which was not his place to open. We were also told that the box was located in their storage area.. which was we looked and was never found. Through all of this, we were treated like we were the problem. I've never dealt with so much rudeness for an issue that wasn't my fault. So after nothing, I called the owner, just to be met with the same hostility and rudeness. Still, after weeks, no call back as promised and no sign of the valuable information needed for this new vehicle. It's funny that there's advid jeepers in house sales, and the limited edition box was opened by one of them and witnessed, and now it's mysteriously missing.. so yeah, I hate to even give one star. It's wild how they praise the vehicle they want to sell you, but if you come back with questions or concerns, they treat you rudely, and down play the vehicle they praised so much before purchased. I've purchased several new vehicles, but I'll never step foot back in this location. Hope the salesman enjoyed beach week on his vacation.!”

“They have always been very nice... But I've never been pleased with their work. I've never drove a vehicle OFF the lot before I immediately noticed an issue (ONLY 2 vehicles) after picking them up for the initial reason. $9,000 on a brand new motor in a challenger (6.4L). I told them that it had some type of exhaust leak and they said it got quieter after they drove it to the store... they did confirm it was an exhaust leak and fixed the issue. But it was blamed on an employee. Next issue were loose plugs(which they blamed on an employee) the next time failed sensors. They did fix 2018 2500 ram( power steering pump and u joint that were covered under warranty) this took 5 days... lied and tried to over charge me for a break job(around 1600). I went to another dealership and they resolved every issue with the truck in one day. My truck runs perfectly now and my car is on the way to the same dealership that fixed my truck in the morning”

“This dealership is superb. I live in the Atlanta area and every dealership here wanted several thousand dollars above sticker for the same Jeep Gladiator.
Dave Stewart could not have made the process any easier. This was the very first time ordering a new vehicle with exactly what i wanted. From the very first step of ordering the Jeep to him handing me the keys, he was in constant communication.
James in the parts department was also on top of things. I had many questions about parts for the Gladiator and he always answered with a smile. He definitely knows his way around a Jeep.
I will definitely be buying from this dealership again. Well worth the 4 hour drive.”
