Once we made our decision, Dylan Hope answered questions we had about warranty plans and made finalizing the paperwork a breeze. Both were very polite and easy to work with. We'll be back!”

“Robbie was a great salesman to work with. Super informative about my vehicle and I never felt pressured to make a sale. He also understood what I wanted in a vehicle and the extra that I wanted added. When they sourced my truck the bed liner was accidentally left out but before I even made it to the dealer Robbie made sure to inform me what what up and how they were going to make it right.
If I’m ever looking to buy a GMC again and still in this area I would 100% shop with Fuson Automotive again. Not your average dealer and tries to make your buying process enjoyable. Also a shoutout to Seth the sales manager, very friendly and also helped greatly in making it right about the truck bed liner”

“The service adviser and management is the worst compaired to the other GM dealers in the area that I thought were mediocre I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! Here is why I took my truck in for service and an engine light for a exceeded number 5 glow plug they said #3 was bad I paid $550.79 I asked the service adviser about it and he was very rude when I asked why he didn't replace the #5 I drove home 12 miles and the engine light was on again with in less than 24 hours for the same issue p133c I went and talked to them and they were very rude and asked if I wanted to scheduled another appointment for approximately another $400.00 and a couple more days without and the service writer was rude and said he would not get me a loaner vehicle. Mr. Brandon Yaw very rude and arrogant!!”

“Bought a used Lyriq last February. The sale process was easy with no pressure. Our salesman Ethan answered or found the answers for me and my wife's ample number of questions. After purchase they called the electrician after they heard we hadn't got an install date for our home charger. (We got a call and had our home charger installed shortly after.) We had 1 hiccup with the Lyriq not accepting a fast charge and they got us in for service the next day and it was fixed in 1 visit. We just completed a 3800 mile road trip in the car and have put 26000 miles on it this year trouble free. I will be purchasing any future vehicles from Fusion. It has been the best car buying experience I have had.”

“Edit: I posted the following review before noticing any of the negative ones. Not to take away from the other people negative experiences, but I cant relate at all with any of the negative comments and wouldn't put much stock into it.
