“Went in with ad for oil change for $29.99 the bill for just an oil change was $145!!! I was in shock.
Discovered at checkout the ad was only for Nissans. However, I had made the appointment for a Toyota Corolla which was confirmed when I checked in.
I paid the bill but went back in a few days later and expressed my concerns. I had always had very friendly and courteous experiences at Dorsett which made my shock even greater. In talking with a manager, he also expressed his surprise at the bill. He tracked the service back and discovered the charge was not accurate and talked with the service department about how this happened and how procedures could prevent it happening again. He then called me to explain his procedure and gave me a Dorsett Rewards which will cover another oil change.
My second experience at Dorsett was the courteous accommodating service I have always had.”

“I purchased my very first car off a car lot a few months ago from Dorset Nissan , mind you I went in buying my car with little to no knowledge on how it works when financing a vehicle , so when I went in with a lump sum of money as a down payment I thought an extra $30 dollars a month would be doable for an extended warranty (which is actually an amazing deal for what it all covers ) I did not know I would be financed for that warranty so at first i had no peace of mind and was doubting the choice I made only because the price was still really the same even tho I had a down payment and that was really my concern at first but after multiple conversations with Mr.Jason and even questioning his every reasoning again and again and learning how it all works it finally all made sense and for someone who works so hard for every penny I make and never had anything this nice in my life I kept doubting almost as if I was having buyers remorse , but I knew that wasn’t it because I was not upset with my purchase I absolutely LOVE my new car i just kept thinking I was getting robbed somehow some way , but honestly that was not the case at all and I actually have a great peace of mind knowing they really do have my back and they’re not out to take me for whatever they can make (which I know it’s their job to make money and I’m not knocking them for that) but they aren’t out here trying to get over on people in fact they really do care for their customers and they have their customers backs to the fullest ! I know it took me a few months to realize that but just the dedication alone and giving me a full peace of mind in every doubtful senerio that came through my head is just amazing. They were very professional and very inviting from the very beginning and really made me feel comfortable from day one , it was my lack of knowledge that gave me doubt after the fact , I’m actually very blessed to have made my purchase with Dorset’s Nissan and I wanna thank Sue Carney and Jason (especially Jason) for really taking the time and replying to my every doubtful thought and also making me feel so much better about any future possibilities that may go wrong . What really stuck with me was Jason said, “ We’re not driving cars anymore, we’re driving computers” and he is absolutely right . So thank you for that ! And I appreciate how much yall have had my back since the day I drove away with my new car . I’ve always just bought a car and never looked back but they are there and have my back anytime I need it . Thank you so much for everything ! ❤️”

“Jay was awesome!! Kind of surprised at the $7,500 difference between trade in value and the new asking price. Would have liked a little bit of that. But I do understand, they have to make money. I do love my new Frontier. Jay had to find the color I wanted and ended up trading a very nice vehicle to get mine. Pictures are old to new.”

“JT and his team were awesome. They went out of their way to get a specific car in a certain color and had to go pickup the car. The wife was surprised! Top notch service and totally down to earth people! We even did a show-room reveal that my wife had no idea about! We would recommend this team to anyone that wants to talk with down to earth people. They are honest and to the point! They will work with you on anything you could imagine!
