“I just want to thank the team at Gaughan Auto for their help with my purchase of my 2017 Ford Focus ST . It’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned and i’ve owned 8 other vehicles thus far in my life. First Ryan helped me (and he was great ) until he left for vacay and passed me on to PJ who was also great and very fast at closing the deal and making our hour drive to the dealership as fast as possible and the price was very fair imo. Even their service dept. Manager Egon was super friendly and helpful :) They advertised a customer care package which gives a free oil change and inspection and I am about to set that appointment up and will follow up with an update if they honor that(I’m quite sure they will:) but I will definitely have to update if they don’t because I am a str8 shooter and believe in HONEST reviews .As it’s important to hold businesses accountable . But so far my experience has been all Aces with Gaughan ,and I highly recommend anyone in need of a high quality pre-owned vehicle!
