Went to service dept for a recall. Unfortunately the parts were not in stock. The staff said they would contact me when the parts arrived. Otherwise i was treated very well.

Received a letter in the mail that my truck has a recall so I called to make an appointment and they quickly scheduled me to take in my truck. When I dropped it off, they were not sure how long it would take them to get it done, which was fine. It’s understandable that sometimes we can’t get an exact time window. However, I dropped off my truck on a Wednesday morning and the following Monday I called to get an update on my truck and they let me know that it hadn’t even been done yet because they’re apparently “waiting for a technician” to be able to do the recall repair I ended up canceling the entire service having them return my vehicle and Southgate Ford is going to do it for me next week and they have assured me that they can have the truck done same day. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous and incredibly inconsiderate that they would hold someone’s vehicle (their means of transportation for daily life and work) with zero regard of time and keep it for six days just parked at their lot without being able to get any work on it done! I will never bring my vehicles here again. Instead of booking the appointment they should have told me they weren’t going to have anybody available to actually get the recall work done and I could’ve simply waited to schedule the appointment for another day and not go through all of the hassle I had to go through to get to and from work asking for rides and inconveniencing other people.

I bought a used 2022 Ford Explorer from Taylor Ford yesterday. I worked with Danny Richardville He made this whole process so easy and he delivered it to me all the way in Waterford. Taylor Ford has a lifetime customer.

I have been going here for a minute but I'm really just feed up with them & they sloppy work & bad attitudes ! I got my oil change one time & they didn't tighten my lugs to my tires that could have ended bad for me & my kids! When i called & told them, the girl said ....maybe someone tried to steal your tires... Instead of taking accountability for what they did & apologized! My water pump just went out on my car I called them....They just flat out told me...I need to call another dealership cause they can't do it... I said we'll what is the closest date you have available ..they told me April 10...its Feb 12...I made the date but something told me to go read the reviews !! TAYLOR FORD IS ...ALL BAD just like I expected !! JUST GO TO VILLAGE FORD....THEY GOT ME IN QUICKER March 1...& THEY ATTITUDES IS WAY BETTER & so are their reviews an ratings!

Went to the dealership on a Saturday when they were closed to do some window shopping. My husband and I are in our 50's and are in the market for a new vehicle. We wanted to look at some models and take our time without being pressured by a sales person. We were there about 10 minutes and security came over the lid speaker and told us that we had to leave the lot and to come back during business hours. We have never experienced this before, we have walked dealer lots in off hours in the past without issue. This really offended us and we will take our business elsewhere.
