“AVOID THE SCAM!!! Let me start off by stating I WILL be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and the attorney general regarding this place. The place is a scam, they lie, went there, because it’s “guaranteed” financing, Chris was very nice, however Miguel is extremely rude and condescending. Chris shook my hand and said congratulations it’s been approved, Miguel said no the only bank wants $2500 down, well I said I’d think about it, he said the approval was good for 10 days, called back 2 days later, he then said The only bank that will work is another vehicle , which is not the one the “approval” was good for for 10 days apparently, so the “10 day approval” was a lie and was not good for 10 days because they suddenly changed overnight . he then said he called my current loan company for the vehicle I have and he said they said you’ve been late on several payments. Well upon speaking to my loan company for my current vehicle they said I have not been late on any payments because I have not so, Miguel tried lying to me. Please avoid this place at all cost. It’s a scam. They lie and Miguel is very, very rude. And they wouldn’t even entertain there “buy here pay here” without atleast $10,000 down apparently, even though they “own” the finance company”

“I was struggling to find a vehicle that matched my needs, for the band. stumbling is desperation, I found it. The Holy Grail. M. was polite and we had a few things in common, They stayed late and walked me through every possible outcome within my budget within 2 days i was able to drive off the lot, will recommend.”

“Untrustworthy business. Put a deposit down on a vehicle on a Friday, and was speaking with a salesman about the vehicle throughout the weekend as I was using my own bank for financing so I had some paperwork I needed to put together. Was unable to get in contact with this salesman come Monday so I went in to finish up some paperwork. Upon walking in the door I watched the manager(who shook my hand on Friday congratulating me on the purchase) in his office send out a salesman to speak with me. This salesman told me the car was sold to someone else and it was probably because I didn’t have large enough deposit and I am just a young man and I probably don’t have that great of credit compared to this other customer who was described as an older gentleman with money who bought and left with the car on the same day. I expressed how this didn’t make any sense because not only did I have a deposit down on the vehicle, no one ever contacted me to let me know someone else was looking at the car. Come to find out later this vehicle they still have in stock and a full story was made up to not sell me the car. My guess is because I was not financing through the dealership they didn’t want to sell me the car. The sad part about it all is the manager who I spoke with on Friday did not even have the decency to talk to me himself he sent a salesman who was uninvolved to lie to me about it. Was luckily able to find a vehicle elsewhere for a much better deal. I would avoid this dealership at all costs, unfortunately some not so great people involved. The salesman Chris on the other hand is great I had purchased a vehicle with him before and everything went smoothly.”

“Idek where to begin! Sooo here goes, my insurance company (liberty biberty) decided they weren’t gonna covere the damages done by a little punk in our Whittenton neighbor that stole my Mercedes sooooooo as soon as I got off the phone i went right over to prestige. Skeptical per usual because i mean come on it’s a car dealership right. So im helped by a guy named Bob. Bob was the FN mannnnnn! I told him the trash the insurance just pulled on me and that I wanted out of my current car loan and why and he said “ if I can I’m gonna make sure you leave here in something else that you want. Welp, he was NOT lying. Walked in with my 08 Mercedes C 300 banged up and all and I left with a 2019 BMX X5 idrive40i the same day. I never had to leave and come back or anything. This dude had me and my husband gleaming from ear to ear by the time we left. The most painless vehicle purchase in all my years. Hands down the simplest, most convenient, and easiest purchase we have ever made. I’m sending everyone to Bob not just cause was awesome but the man knows his seafood toooooooo! So thank you my fellow scallop enthusiast!”
