“I had an amazing experience at the Lincoln dealership! Harry took great care of us from start to finish. Every repair I’ve had done has been handled perfectly, and I’ve never once felt overcharged. I’ve even gotten quotes elsewhere, and Lincoln always provided the honest and correct pricing.
The dealership is always clean, welcoming, and the entire staff is respectful and professional. Harry truly goes above and beyond I absolutely adore him and don’t know what I’d do without him there! If you’re looking for trustworthy service, I highly recommend asking for Harry.”

“Last year we had repair work done on the driver's side door and mirror - when we picked up the air conditioning was not working.
We did not have an issue with the air before.
We took the car to a neutral car repair to examine the issue and was told that the problem was a cracked condenser.
We reached out to Parks and spoke with Marcus who gave his email address and we sent the repair paperwork done by Parks as well as the report from the objective repair shop.
Marcus wound up ghosting us.
We couldn't consistently follow up with Parks as my husband (the car owner) has stage IV cancer.
On their website they purport:
'Lincoln Priority Service
You prioritize your life. We prioritize your vehicle.'
And they also state: 'At every moment, we are committed to owner experiences designed to keep you and your vehicle a
priority.'
Really? This was not our experience at all. All they've done was dodge us. Meanwhile, we suffocate from the heat in the car.
Shame on them.
Update and reply to business response:
We have been contacting you for some time now and have sent emails. I have a Read Receipt from Marcus, yet no reply to my message. He tried to say that the problem most likely occurred as a result of the "collision," but there was no collision.
There was a dent in the front under the grill from when the car bumped into something, however the main damage was on the driver's side door and mirror.
