“They were great! Fast, and seamless experience with everyone there, no games with upfront costs was a huge plus for me. While I had all my financing and things lined up, they provided a MINT barely used vehicle for my wife. I just popped in and signed. They even cleaned it to showroom quality, and even changed the oil (less than 5k miles on a 2025). Professional and even had plenty of snacks for my kiddos while we signed. Got some cool gifts too! Def recommend doing biz w/ them!”

“Purchased a mint condition pre-owned Tesla here for our business. The price was fair from the start, but our sales guide Ian made it easy to choose Land Rover over other dealerships. I’ve been to 15+ dealerships in the past 2 months and he’s second to none. No typical car salesman pressure, but very responsive, helpful and kept in touch with us as well. Now we can go out, curate some business, and come back to get one of the big boys inside. The paperwork process was also super fast and organized which was a nice change from other dealerships.”

“I can’t begin to explain how wonderful my experience was at Land Rover of Tampa. Aramis is truly one of a kind—knowledgeable, honest, funny, and with an award-winning personality that makes the whole process enjoyable. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!”

“Review Update – August 2025 I purchased my Land Rover from the Orlando dealership, but since I live in Tampa, I turned to Land Rover Tampa for service. I truly wanted to share a positive update after my initial experience, but unfortunately, things have only gone downhill—and I’m now starting to regret buying the car at all. My first service attempt was already disappointing. It took over a week to get in, then I waited 30–40 minutes to be checked in, and another 20 minutes for the Enterprise rental they provided because they had no Land Rover loaners. The rental was a barebones, cheap car—not what you’d expect from a luxury brand. I’m a realtor, and I made it clear that I need a professional vehicle for work. That concern was dismissed. To make matters worse, they couldn’t guarantee my car would be ready within a week. With no assurance and no suitable loaner, I chose not to leave my vehicle. No effort was made to salvage the situation, and when I called afterward to speak with a service manager, I was told they’d call me back. That never happened. Eventually, the service manager did reach out after seeing my review and asked for a chance to make things right. I agreed, and he arranged a valet pickup with a loaner scheduled for August 4th, saying it would take 2–3 weeks to service my vehicle. I appreciated the effort. On August 4th, they picked up my car and dropped off a loaner at my job. Unfortunately, the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke, had ashes everywhere, and was filthy. I had to wash and deodorize it myself. The next day, the smell was still unbearable—even my kids refused to get in the car. I texted my service advisor (same one from my first visit), and his only response was “Thanks for letting us know.” No apology. No solution. Then came the kicker: my vehicle hadn’t even been touched. The shop was backed up. That’s unacceptable—especially when I just bought this car a month ago. Eventually, I contacted Zachary to ask for a different loaner, and to his credit, he got one within a few hours. But when I picked it up, it was just as bad—dirty, handprints everywhere, damage inside, and clearly not cleaned. When I came back (after realizing I left my wallet in the first car), I pointed out the condition of the second vehicle. Zach offered to wipe it down, but by that point, I was exhausted. I told him I just wanted it documented. Here’s the truth: When you choose a brand like Land Rover, you expect the experience to reflect that. You expect high-level service and premium treatment. But Land Rover Tampa has delivered the opposite—poor communication, unacceptable loaners, and delays that make the whole thing feel like a bait-and-switch. This is the closest dealership to me, but I honestly wish I had done more research. The badge may say luxury, but the service doesn’t. I’m still waiting on my car, and I have no confidence that things will improve. Buyer beware.”

“I tend to trade my cars like outfits, and the process with Land Rover Tampa—especially working with David Freedman—was smooth from start to finish. I traded in my 2024 BMW 340i (which I also loved!) for the 2025 Defender 90 a couple of days ago and I’m already obsessed. It’s a totally new driving experience, and a total vibe. Thanks again for making it easy and enjoyable! Range Rover Sport, you’re next 😉”
