“They have to be using photo shop I went to look at a two tone Mercedes Benz s550 the pictures the car was emaculant absolutely no visible damage I went to look at the car in person and was shocked at condition peeling cracking grille was falling off window buttons missing center console I went to open and completely came apart check engine light was on the shocks that hold the hood open no longer worked tire was flat back window had been shot with what looked like a BB gun left a 5 inch crack in glass I usually do not submit reviews but I was amazed at condition so buyer beware don’t judge a vehicle by a photo you may be surprised I included a couple photos I should have taken more sry this review is strictly about website photos compared to actually seeing a vehicle I have done business with them in past and been satisfied you may have a great experience so use your own judgement but look at it first ALWAYS”

“I put a great review after I purchased my car, however now I have to revise it and say I should have looked at the reviews. They were nice enough to offer to install a new radio system for me so I was excited even though this was an older car (2016 Chevy Cruze). Before I even got the radio installed though, the car began experiencing issues. The first issue: the AC caused the car to overheat when it was used, was resolved with a new water pump which they installed. I didn't think to ask how they didn't notice the last one was broken, cause I also hadn't tested the AC before I bought it. While I was there getting it fixed the owner expressly said "we'll do this, but after it's on you" so when the car started steaming two weeks later I took it to my own mechanic who informed me that not only did the car have 5 year old tires ( I was told "they're like new" by the salesman) but I needed a gasket valve or something. Now, another $500 later, the entire car is shutting down and smoking randomly. I wouldn't be comfortable taking it back since I was told last time that the owner was washing his hands of it, but I hope someone can save themselves the trouble that I am having. Don't ignore the reviews. They seemed like nice guys, but they are salesmen like any others so be careful and get the car checked by your own mechanic. Edit: The AC/water pump issue happened the day after I brought the car home, not even two days later, amd certainly not long enough for it to have been normal wear and tear from me. The day I got the car back from the dealer after the repair, I took it straight to my mechanic who identified the missing valve cover as causing the oil leak, which wad the $500 repair referred to. All of these issues were present BEFORE I purchased the car for $5000+fees, not after.”
