“Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Ferman Mazda. I bought a vehicle from them, and both Zachary (sales rep) and Mason (manager) assured me the car had been fully inspected, including the tires, which they said were good for another 6 months or 12,000 miles. Just five days later, one of those tires blew out on the highway — a terrifying and dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. When I called to let them know, instead of showing any concern or accountability, they told me I “should have negotiated the tires to be replaced instead of the vehicle price.” That response was shocking and unprofessional. If a dealership claims a car has been inspected and is road-ready, the customer should be able to trust that. especially after you’ve voiced concerns about it before buying. Clearly, that wasn’t the case here. I will never return to or recommend Ferman Mazda to anyone. Be careful and double-check everything before buying from them”
