“If you don't want to read the story...I would give Justin, Stephanie and Ruben 10+ stars. They were all great! Now for the story, we took our 2008 Jeep in for service and was given some not so great news by Justin. He suggested we speak with Stephanie to learn more about options to replace it. We made an appointment and Stephanie was waiting for us. She listened to our preferences and showed us a few that she had already picked out for us. Test drive was easy and we discussed several options. Once we made our decision, she quickly went to work to search for all available incentives and maximize the value of our trade in. The paperwork was a little complicated so it took a bit more time than we would have hoped. She sensed I was getting a little hungry and offered some pizza. :) After Stephanie was done, she handed us off to Ruben who was very patient in explaining the lease terms and provided the best scenario for our situation. Yes, from start to finish it took about 4 hours, but that's to be expected when looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire Courtesy team. We love our new Jeep Willie!”
