Very disappointed with the customer service at the Tampa Kia dealership. When I purchased my car at the Kia dealership in Wesley Chapel, I also paid for an additional maintenance package that includes unlimited oil changes. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that this benefit could be used at any Kia dealership. Based on that information, I scheduled an oil change appointment at the Tampa location. I arranged transportation and even took two hours of PTO from work to make the appointment. However, upon arrival I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket. I insisted that I had already purchased the package, and while I was there I called the Wesley Chapel dealership to verify my coverage. They confirmed that the oil change should be honored and explained that the Tampa location simply needed to call an 800 number to initiate the claim and request the reimbursement. Unfortunately, the Tampa service department refused to do so. As a result, I wasted money on transportation and lost wages from taking time off work. The most frustrating part is that the issue could have been resolved with a simple phone call. If you’re considering buying a Kia or having a service done, I highly recommend the Wesley Chapel location instead. Their customer service has been far better in my experience.

Just purchased my 2nd Kia Soul from Century Kia. Our salesman Ryan was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Our Kia LX did not have the cargo cover and Ryan ordered it and made it right. We are very pleased with our purchase from Century Kia!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his honesty and genuine enthusiasm. If you’re looking for great service and a great buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Carlos!

I had such a great experience working with Carlos at Century Kia! He was super nice, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish, and I never felt pressured or rushed. You can tell he really cares about helping his customers find the right car. I’d definitely recommend asking for Carlos if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

Meanwhile I’m standing and I walked from one side to another looking at cars30 minutesssssss to purchase. Not one single person said hello or tried to help me. The sun is out, also bright and beautiful, but this black client,this black female cannot seem to get one person to even say hello !or even the individuals that walked by me say hello. I’m in a brand new Kia that I just purchased a month ago and guess what I can’t even get no help!! So now I guess I’m going to another city where someone is going to value my money!! Sale lost…. All together….. Do purchase here , they don’t do BLACK BUSINESS!!!
