I have had the BEST experience dealing with every salesman at this location EXCEPT for a Sales Manager named Bert. Also had the worst time dealing with their maintenance manager named Cassy, today I was highly disappointed by the behavior of the salesman that I was dealing, he put me on hold as soon as I started with the finance application for him to deal with another customer that just showed up and wanted to go for a test drive, he did not ask permission or see if it’s OK for us to wait as he’s handling the other Customer before he finished with us or assign them to somebody else to take care of them instead he just told me oh bear with me, I didn’t have a problem with that until I asked him if they can get the car washed and prepped to save me time on having to wait for it after he’s done with his customer and come back to deal with us again, he refused, saying why would we do that? Let’s see if your application goes through or not for whatever reason so if it doesn’t get approved, that would be a waste of time, he had previously asked me if I financed my previous vehicle that I purchased last year, which was very irrelevant to him and my today’s purchase, he showed complete lack of respect and being cooperative with a patient customer that’s waiting on you to handle someone else that had just showed up, so I felt ignored and disrespected by his behavior and I just ended up leaving without proceeding with the purchase . It’s my only day off and I’m not wasting it waiting on him, especially with his terrible attitude. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, he didn’t even introduce himself to me to even find out. If I’m shopping at Carmax ever again, I am definitely not coming to this location, ever.

Could not believe it, only one hour and 15 minutes it took me to buy the car I wanted and chose from their website. All information about the car was correct. I traded in my old car and test drove it and got the title at once. No hassle and no unrecognized fees. I transfered my old insurance and purchased extended warranty much cheaper than other companies. People there are professional, trustworthy and helpful it was a really enjoyable experience.

After a debilitating accident and insurance claim, CarMax and especially Sam Labib gave me a new lease on life, and without a literal lease, mind you. Sam was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process, and made my car buying experience actually enjoyable. Now, I'm in love with my new car! I highly recommend anyone who needs a car go to CarMax, and ask for Sam Labib.

I had an amazing experience working with Greg at CarMax. From start to finish, he made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push something I didn’t need. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was happy with my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured by him. I helped my dad trade in his old truck and find a new car through carmax and it was such an amazing, flawless experience. The guy who helped us, Mike, was very patient and explained everything so well to my parents. They ended up buying the car I made their appointment for and they still love it now, weeks later. It was such an easy and good purchase. Thank you!
