“So I've had the pleasure in dealing with this service center. And even better pleasure dealing with David Stevenson who told me that my vehicle had a 160,000 Mi on it I said what's that supposed to mean is a piece of crap but that's beside the point Brian my service Tech who thinks the same everything I had to say was a joke even had his buddy lie and said that I was yelling at him who laughs at someone when Lily yelling at you that would only frustrate the person more and actually make them yell at you more. But still shows unprofessionalism if you would scoop to that person's level that was being the aggressor I don't scoop to people's levels or mentalities when it comes to that I explained that to David but if they want to lie and make me their bad guy and their story then they're more than happy I don't like the fact that they towed my vehicle over there when I told them both hey that's kind of bad alternator in it I'm not here to diagnose and find out that I know there's a bad alternator for you to tell me that's about alternator so now I'm stuck having to get my vehicle that won't run out of there I suggest never done with these people in any kind of way and I'm going to report them to Nissan the BBB and whatever else I can figure out but they never fix the problem to begin with I want to explain to them to have it fixed that this would be the third time that I put an alternator in it from three different companies the manager of the service center said that all three of my box were bad even though it's three different companies but I guess I could aspire to amongst each other to sell me three bad alternators imagine that so whoever reads and responds to this really needs to think about the response I don't appreciate someone lying and saying the reason they were laughing at me because I was yelling at them when I brought this occasion up the first time to David about this guy laughing at me he never said I was yelling at him then what what was the excuse then but like I said I'm going to report them to the consumer affairs and everyone that's going to be a little bit of a headache and I will add photos where my undercarriage plastic is missing they were the last ones to work on it and where all the clamps are missing that's going to look real good for the review”

“Our sales associate Chase was so patient and never pushy which is rare when buying a car. Our purchase process what pretty seamless and there was no haggling, we just told him where we needed to be with my trade and payments and it either worked or it didn’t. Fortunately it worked and I have exactly what I wanted (plus some). Finance guy was equally as wonderful and I wish I remembered his name. There’s a reason they are a top volume dealer and the experience shows.”
