“Purchased a truck from them May 2025 and immediately on the way home started having issues with the transmission. I contacted them and was told it was fine. Well $8000 later I ended up with a new transmission out of my own pocket due to them refusing to reimburse or help pay for even part of that. Absolutely terrible customer support. I would highly recommend running as far away from this company as possible. I will not make the mistake again of purchasing from these guys again. They should do the right thing and cover the repair, or at least some of it.”

“(updated with photos) Today I learned my lesson as to why you should never purchase a vehicle online. Purchased a car 6/18/25, the car was delivered 6/25/25. I think it is important to emphasize when making a purchase such as a vehicle online, the customer is holding the seller to a high standard of integrity. Things do happen as processes are not always perfect, but accountability bridges the threshold within scenarios such as this. THE MAJOR: The first time driving the vehicle after it was released from the transport I could instantly feel on the driver side something is loose, and there is a constant rattle (will be updating my review with a video to share the audio of this rattling). I immediately called Ron to inform him of this, where the obvious response was the car wasn't in the following condition when the vehicle left. I will say the situation was quickly escalated to the manager Chris, where I felt like he was proactive with even acknowledging that I now have a problem in my hands (ill take it, can't expect too much from anyone these days). His recommendation was to take the car to a local shop and have it inspected. HOW TURNED OFF WOULD YOU BE TO PURCHASE A CAR AND HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE CAR SHOP WITHIN THE SAME DAY (exactly). If I wanted to immediately spend money to maintain a used car, lol I would've just took my previous used car to the shop (this makes me laugh). THE MINOR: before the car shipped I asked them to send a video of the car (video posted below). OH how they left out the crack in the front bumper (photos below) and the cat fight on the side of the driver door (its' filled in with paint, but they made sure to shine the car up in the product listings. ACTUALLY as I write this review, just based on the cracked bumper, the side door, and the rims on the same driver side it's almost a little telling of what's going on with the looseness on the driver side (but I am never the one to assume)...did we swerve, hit the curb? woah! idk .. moral of the story, don't buy what you can't drive off the lot! DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT NEED anyone from the business to respond under this review. Customer support is interpersonal, and truly should be handled off a public platform. Take the accountability instead of defending your star rating on google!”
