“Worst experience of my life. Promises broken. Only had my car less than 30 days a big problem happen so I was told. Now I am stuck with a horrible vehicle and get sent a text , very unprofessional...that they can't help me. Well I will let everyone I know about my experience! Well update I was told via text they can't help me with a car that is currently not running again!! So I have now informed them I will be seeking an attorney!! Updated review: I had some initial issues with my car, but Werner Kia, especially Danny, worked to make it right. They were responsive and even showed appreciation with a customer gift. Still a bit unsure about the car's reliability, but their effort to fix things is a plus. Appreciate Danny's help, would recommend giving them a shot!😃”

“Update: 1/6/2026 My car wound up getting totaled within a couple months of owning it and I went straight back to Donnie Billingsley at Werner Kia. He again made the process seamless and made sure I got the exact same car again, having to drive all the way to Jacksonville himself to pick up the car. This was his very first car-buying experience, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed with the Kia Sportage itself. The team rolled out the red carpet for my son—complete with a bow on the car, pictures, cowbell ringing, his photo displayed throughout the dealership, and even letting him pick a “prize” from the Christmas tree. It was an unforgettable moment for him and far exceeded my expectations. I want to sincerely thank the entire Werner Kia team—Jeff, Danny, and Sharon—for making this such a memorable and positive experience.
