“Be aware when you take your car in for service. They do not have a large fleet of loaner cars so they shuttle you in a creepy church van. See the photos attached. The van smells like a barn. Imagine dropping off your 100k truck and having to sit inside this nasty van. I’m sure Dale Earnhardt would love to know his customers are forced to sit in this. They also try to take multiple people home at the same time which is a complete violation of privacy. I do not want a bunch of strangers in a creepy van knowing where I live. If they drop you off at Hertz, the facility is disgusting and looks like they just got WIFI yesterday. They have no clean cars available even though GMC dropped you off there and notified Hertz you were coming. It’s just a really bad representation of Dale Earnhardt Jr. I would hate to have my name associated with this dealership. They should get an Uber account to transport customers and make sure that Hertz is a good representation too.”
