Had a great experience buying my new car! The entire staff was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The customer service was excellent and they really made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience. Thanks again to the team for making it such a positive experience!

Mic Day at Ford set the standard for how a vehicle purchase should run. The sales team was sharp, professional, and respectful of my time. Clear communication. No pressure. No games. Every step felt organized and intentional. The finance experience was exceptional. Fast, clean, and decisive. In over 30 years of buying vehicles, this was the quickest finance process I have ever experienced. Everything was ready, explained clearly, and executed without delay. This dealership values efficiency, accountability, and customer experience. You feel it the moment you walk in. If you want a straightforward, professional buying experience, this is the place. Vehicle delivery was unacceptable. The delivery manager took the truck and returned it dirty. The vehicle was not washed or wiped down. Factory stickers were still on the windows, mirrors, and outlets. The only preparation completed was placing the floor mats. This is not an acceptable delivery standard for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a new truck, a 2026 F350 King Ranch from Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma. I came with a custom build sheet from Ford.com. It was my first car I ever bought from a dealership. All my vehicles in the past were bought from private owners. I heard bad stories about car salesmen, but RJ was amazing. RJ was the salesmen that greeted me before I entered the building. He was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure from him. It was as if I was talking a friend that I hadn't seen in awhile. We sat down and he put the order in for the custom dream truck I wanted, and he was very helpful and explained some of the options. During the wait for the order to be received at the factory, I wanted to add a few more options, and he added them, updated the order and was in constant contact with me. I probably messaged him or called him a bit too much, but he was always happy to assist me. When the truck arrived, when I went into to look at, RJ was as excited as I was. When I went to pick the truck up, he spent a lot of time showing my all the options in the truck, and setting up the display, showing me all how to do everything from the ground up. It was truly a pleasure working with RJ. He is an amazing salesmen that Ford is lucky to have. My girlfriend eventually wants a new car, and so does her daughter. I'll make sure, whenever that happens, that we go to RJ. Thank you RJ for everything. It was a pleasure.

Titus Will Ford is hands down my dealership of choice for work on our fleet. I always deal with Jordan Siler. Appointments are easy to make, she always makes sure to explain what is going to be done, and has me in and out quickly. Jordan explains the work done clearly. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable. It is always a pleasant experience with Jordan and Titus Will Ford.

**Terrible Review of Titus-Will Ford** Wow, where do I even start with my disastrous experience at Titus-Will Ford? It feels like I've been scammed out of not just my money, but also my sanity. If you’re a fan of stress, broken promises, and subpar service, then this may be the place for you! I purchased my truck during a rushed late Friday in July, and the salesman had the audacity to assure me that if I found any issues by Monday, I could bring it back. Spoiler alert: I found plenty! Over the weekend, I discovered that the AC didn’t work, the driver’s window got stuck, and I felt like I was in a rollercoaster instead of a truck when hitting 73 mph on the highway. Oh, and let’s not forget the horrible sounds coming from the suspension. If you’re wondering about the plugs in the bed of the truck, forget using power tools since those didn’t work either! I’m a contractor and had specifically asked about this, but clearly, that was a lie. I called my salesperson, who promised to fix everything. Fast forward two weeks, and their “updates” were less than reassuring: the AC needed a complete replacement, the window had only received a half-hearted fix, the tires needed replacing, and the suspension just required an alignment. So promising, right? Five weeks later, I finally got my truck back after only having it physically for three days. Yes, they fixed the AC, window, and plugs, but guess what? I found out that the driver’s side taillight got hit while at the dealership. When I brought this up, they flat-out denied any responsibility. After going in circles for about two weeks, we settled on them sanding down the taillight and doing minimal touch-up paint work. Really? What a way to treat a customer! Once I got my truck back, I decided to test the rear plug with a power tool, only to find out it was completely useless. Sure, it charges my cell phone while the truck is running, but who needs that when I can’t use my tools? Talk about frustrating! And to top it all off, my brakes have been screaming ever since they replaced them at the dealership. I took my truck to Les Schwab, and they found out that cheap brakes had been installed. Oh, and they told me my tires needed replacing too. Shocking! In short, Titus-Will Ford has been nothing but a headache. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place like the plague!
