We walked in and clearly stated our needs and Matty was extremely patient and kind as we looked at 8 total vehicles. He was never aggressive or pushy in the sales phase, unlike most car dealers. Erik was our sales manager that helped us with the financing phase. We were very direct and clear with our intended financial outcome and Erik never tried to hassle us into more than we felt comfortable with. Erik even helped us get .5% less on our APR than what we were pre approved for. Could not be more happy with the experience at Tacoma Subaru.”
