“I had a great experience with Nissan. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. BM made the process smooth, and he really made me feel valued as a customer. It’s not always easy to find service that is both efficient and genuinely caring, but Nissan delivered on both. Also special thanks to him for taking care of my wife buying her new wheels and my mother in law. I truly appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Nissan to anyone looking for reliable service and a company that stands behind their customers. BM was terrific!”

“I had an exceptional experience at Legend Nissan. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Kahn Sales Associate. I stated I was interested in returning my leased vehicle and wanted to discuss a new 2026 model. Kahn explained the process and options available in detail. When I mentioned, I was looking for a particular exterior and interior color combination he said we will get that vehicle for you that isn’t a problem. Within 30 minutes Kahn offered an incredible deal, which I accepted. Three days later, I received a call from Kahn saying they had a vehicle and needed one day to prep it. The whole process of walking through the front door and driving off in a new vehicle four days later was incredible. Big thank you to Kahn who made the entire process unbelievable. By the way, I’m a returning customer to Legend Nissan.”

“This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. From the start, I was rushed through the process, and when discussing pricing the manager was extremely rude. I was assured the truck was in “perfect condition” and that I was getting a good deal because of that. When I came to pick it up, I immediately saw a large dent across the hood and two more dents on the side. None of these dents were ever disclosed to me at any time. I had to bring them up to the salesman BM the day I picked up the car. I did not notice them when I originally looked at the vehicle because I was rushed through the exterior inspection, and the dents are only visible at certain angles. Thinking back, BM immediately opened the hood to show me the engine and then walked me to the side of the car, which felt like a tactic to distract me from the damage. It is possible the dents happened between the day I looked at the car and the day I picked it up, but either way, they were never addressed honestly. To make matters worse, I later discovered a large chunk missing from the back seat cushion, which was hidden at first glance. I also realized the dealership’s own website and third-party listing sites had different prices for this exact vehicle at the same location. On top of that, they did not honor my school discount, it was only $150, but the point is that they dismissed everything I asked as if I was bothering them. Every interaction I had at this dealership was unpleasant. I could not help but notice that male customers were treated with far more respect than I was. When I tried to bring up the dents, the salesperson sat me down, walked away, and the next thing I knew, my credit was ran to finalize paperwork before I even had the chance to discuss the issue. As a first-time buyer, I left feeling completely taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. I have friends currently shopping for cars, and I told them not to go anywhere near this dealership. They now plan to avoid Nissan altogether. I should have gone to CarMax like my sister, who had an excellent experience buying the same truck for the same price, hers had lower mileage, no dents, and she was treated with respect throughout the process. To make matters worse, I have called three times to speak with Marissa in finance and never received a call back. This dealership clearly does not value honesty, professionalism, or customer service. The additional hidden fees on top of everything else was insane. $695 dealership fees for poor service, $350 motor vehicle fee when they just transferred my plates and $2000 extra fee if I paid for the car up front.”
