I purchased my vehicle from Y*rk and would take my car there if needed until now. A few moths back my Traverse was making a funny sound in the front so I took it to a local shop. They were nice enough to let me know that the repairs should be covered by my dealership since I was under 80,000 miles. I took it to Y*rk. They told me that none of the repairs were covered under warranty (I had also purchased the extended warranty) I questioned the service manager and he said his BEST service guy was the one who inspected my car. I left & took it to another local shop whom a friend referred me to. They too told me the dealership warranty should cover the repairs & suggested Dave White. I took it to Dave White with no appointment. They shuttled me home and called a few hours later to ask if they could keep my car for the day to fix the repairs that would ALL be covered under warranty. Thank you for saving me thousands & just being honest when the dealership I spent considerably more at wouldn’t. I will never go to Y*rk again. Except for my free car washes.

Came for service last week for a van we purchased through there. Won't even get into that because the van has given us problem after problem since buying it a couple months ago. Anyways set up an appointment because there was a loud squeak coming from the RR passenger side wheel. Took it in paid the diagnostic fee and the service writer JJ told us we needed new shocks. Cool, it's an older van and it would need to be replaced anyway. He came back To us and said it needs a new hub/bearing. Ok fix it. Later on we get a call saying the brakes need to be replaced and its "still a little squeaky" after that 1300 dollars of work was done. We decided to pass on the brake job because of the holidays and figured we get it done afterwards thinking as long as the loudness of the noise was gone we can deal with it for a couple weeks. We pay, go to pull out of the service bay and it's even worse. I know the mechanic read the invoice and heard that noise when he pulled out so they're blatantly ignoring customer complaints and charging you for unnecessary work that doesn't fix the issue at all. I went back in and spoke to the service manager who took a ride in the van and heard it for himself and got us in to actually fix the issue. Thankfully he was more competent than the other staff. Also got no charge. Your staff needs more training imo, especially the receptionist and service writers. they don't treat people well and don't address the issues you have. No thanks at all to the other staff but thanks to the service manager they fixed the issue but I don't think I'll be coming back. Nor will I recommend anyone to buy a used car here. The day after we purchased the van the check engine light came on. And we took it back and they told us there was nothing wrong with it. Don't recommend this place at all.

Emily was the best! She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, in my price range. Gave me some options. I found the car for me. It was pretty easy. I am very thankful I had Emily in my corner. Everyone loves my Nissan Rouge. But more importantly, I do.
