Morgan Hill our salesperson at Kunes Hyundai in Sycamore was the utmost professional. He worked with us and his Sales Manager Travis to get us the exact deal on the exact vehicle we wanted and gave me everything I asked for. Morgan worked with me and found a way to get us the payment, incredible warranty and many extras included and my wife and I drove off the lot with a brand new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy trim. Morgan, Travis and the Kunes team in Sycamore are incredible. They make it easy and give you peace of mind and a great experience. Doug was the salesman who helped me when buying my first car. We chose the 2025 Tucson, and Doug exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He made the experience feel very relaxed and not stressful at all. He answered all the questions I had about the car and even helped me get a good understanding of all its features. Additionally, the other salesman, Alex, was very helpful when answering my questions and setting up the MyHyundai app. Eddy on the finance side was also super helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the paperwork before signing it. Overall, I am very happy with my experience, and I would definitely recommend buying a car from here.

Alex Vidales, Ben a porter?, and Eddy the finance wizard, were excellent, in particular Alex the sales representative. Bobby Demery the new car manager was very supportive of Alex making everything smoother. Other's were great but I don't recall the names. I was so impressed with the systemic nice and helpful behavior I took 4 dozen doughnuts from Elleson's bakery to them as a token of my appreciation.

I can not say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. My wife and I have been through it lately, I have been going through something medical over the past 3-4 years and during that time we have had very little “sunshine” in our lives. Our car was getting up there in mileage and we made the decision to look into trading it in for a newer corolla hatchback since I would not be able to get under our car to fix anything if it breaks in a month or two. We searched for one in our budget $14k-$20k. Out of the 12 we found, 5+ sold before we even got a chance to test drive them. I found a 2023 with 50k at Kunes. It was below market so I reached out. Enter Brandi, she was not pushy and stuck to text/email when I said I preferred it. We made an appointment at 6 after my wife got off work. We met our salesman Doug. He is genuinely one of the nicest people we have ever met (and not in a salesman kind of way). He listened to us and when I said trade value dictates how we move forward he changed the normal process to get the trade valued first so that we could know if it would be a waste of time. We then met Bobby. He is a high energy, fun guy to meet. He is also not pushy. He again listened to us (which is not something I’m used to at a dealership), he gave us a fair value on our car and we got the numbers where we were comfortable. We then worked on financing and he bent over backwards to get the numbers to work while we were test driving the car. Mind you, this was all after the time they usually close. Everyone was nice and patient with us. To tell you how good Bobby did, I had a pretty good deal from Toyota for a new one and Bobby made this one so close to our budget that it became a no brainer to go used. At the end we met Eddie to sign the papers. Again, he was not pushy and genuinely one of the nicest people we have met. What we didn’t know about the numbers that worked into our budget is that gap was included and the warranty so that we would not have to worry about the car (this was very important to us). They even let me hook my scanner up to it to check it out. As far as the car goes, it was exactly what we were looking for. I had Toyota inspect it and they gave it a clean bill of health. No games, no wait here an hour while I talk to my manager. We were in and out in 4 hours and they stayed until 10 to help us close the deal instead of making us come back the next day. Brandi, Doug, Bobby, and Eddie were the best and helped us a lot. Thank you Kunes Hyundai for giving us a little sunshine in our lives when we needed it the most! I highly recommend using them for your next purchase because they are more than fair.

My husband and I were looking for a larger SUV to fit our traveling lifestyle with more cargo space and room for our pre-teen girls. Our online search brought us to Kunes Hyundai of Sycamore, where we met Morgan Hill. From the very first moment, Morgan made us feel like valued customers and truly listened to what we wanted. His attention to detail, and willingness to stay open and available to answer questions, even after our first visit was what really convinced us to invest our time and energy there. The natural team approach at Kunes created a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. We want to thank Bobby, Dan, and Jaybee, who supported Morgan and helped ensure everything went smoothly throughout the purchasing process.
