“Never had a problem till now! Went in for routine oil change. They took my filters out, which I told them not to replace(which no where should do without asking first!!) The next day I have a loud noise coming from my fan. Sent email, they called they refused to let me talk to anyone other than service, kept stating how they warned me they were bad & to replace now the cost was doubled to check. Well got a 2nd opinion & found this by the cabin filter! Chevy is going down hill lost alot of trust in them”

“This review is a little bit late as I bought my first new car back in October, but I had been skeptical of reviewing something before I really got a good feel for it. With that being said, I had an amazing experience with Chuck. I walked in a little early for an appointment to see the car I was interested in, he got me in quick and gave me the reigns to drive it, answered the million questions I had, and really let me get as much of a feel for it as I needed. His personality was super chill, not pushy, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the business. There were a few bumps (not the companies fault whatsoever) that made the process take a bit longer, but he made sure we were comfortable while waiting. When he officially gave me the keys, he sat in there with me to show me all the cool new features my car had which was the icing on the cake! I’d recommend Chuck to anyone looking to buy a car! She is absolutely amazing, friendly, kind, answers all our questions. Just 100% there for anything we need. Cassie goes above and beyond with literally everything.
