“Horrible experience with this dealership. I sold my Vehicle to this dealership and found out that they never paid it off and have already relisted it for sale. It has been almost an entire month (3 days shy) and counting.
I keep calling them to ask what is going on, and everyone reads from the same script... "Can I get your name and number, and someone will call you back." Only to not get a call and for me to have to call back again and again and again.
The staff is friendly, but the dealership is not very trustworthy. I understand that things can happen, but it is important to FOLLOW-UP with the customer and let them know what happened, what you are doing to fix it, and how long it may take. That goes a long way to keep customer trust. Not "Let me take your name and number and we will NEVER get back to you.”

“I went to Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a simple oil change and tire rotation on Fri . Was suggested I have cabin filter , air filter and lug nuts replaced and battery for key fob. Declined all except for battery . Picked up car Friday around 3:00 and went home. When suggested the services above it was done via text with explanations.
On Sun Am I went to use my car and the psi in back tire was 26 so I got out to look and found my lugnut cracked and messed up . Pics are below . I called today and spoke to a “ service advisor “ who said your lug nuyts were swollen which is why we suggested getting new ones . I said ok so when the tech took off or put it back on my tire he broke it , she said he didn’t taken them off . 🤔 hmmmm well then how did he complete the tire rotation that I paid for ?? She backtracked and said he did remove them but put them back which I agree but when he did he put on too tight and it cracked . Had several (3) qualified people take a look and they said same thing . The advisor said I could bring the car back in to have lug nuts replaced at my cost . I declined and asked for Service Mgr to which I was on hold for 22 min . I ended the call and will be going to the dealership. With having worked at a dealership I know how the bs of putting someone on hold works also the lack of accountability when something is damaged or broken.
No other garage or dealership has worked on my tires !!
Beware of the unethical practices of this dealership.”

“Recently purchased a dodge durango from Spirit and it truly was a wonderful experience. We worked with Mike Jr and he was great! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and did not make us feel pressured what so ever. Answered all of our questions and was truely a pleasure to work with. They really do treat you like family here. Everyone that we interacted with was great! This was definitely a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships that my husband and I have dealt with in the past. We are so incredibly happy with our purchase and the whole process. We will definitely be back when it comes time again for new vehicles. Cannot say enough good things about our experience! “I had a great experience at Spirit Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep especially thanks to Fred in sales and Angelo in finance. Fred was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. When it came time for financing, I was a little hesitant as this was my first time doing a lease and had a lot of questions. Angelo was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. When I still needed a little more reassurance, the finance manager also stepped in to walk me through the details, which I really appreciated.
