“BE AWARE….Do not use this dealership they will sell you courtesy cars with more than 3k miles at the regular price and when it’s time for you to trade in they want to pay cents for the same car, I have so many harassing calls from them (Gia and Lisa) to come to the dealer that they have incentive and could workout a deal to trade in my 2023 XT4 Sport with all features, the car when I got it it had a few spots that need it a touchups like I said it was a courtesy car, I went to the dealer supposedly to get an appraisal and Gia was going to look into the numbers and send it to me, well when I explained that to the sales guy, his face change completely to the point that the my car was worthless ($24k) compared to the value of the car, I owe them like $7k, anyway I called Gia and she was supposed to talk to the manager service and general manager to get a call back that never happened all I got was an email yesterday from the sales guy named Maycol Gonzalez, to thank me for the visit! People they DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANOTHER CADILLAC DEALER they will service you better this people wants to repo off customers how can they tell you this is a nice car at the time of sell and not even recognized that when you try to trade in the car it’s very unprofessional not customer oriented and very disrespectful something else the sales guy made me wait more than 30 minutes to get an appraisal from a manager supposedly because the manager was in a meeting with the sales manager and when I look at the office it was the same guy that was outside getting a Tesla car inside the dealer it was the same guy that came into the office next to me and drop some keys in there in the corner office, the disrespect for your time is too much I DO NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE BEFORE BUT THIS NEW PEOLLE ARE NOT GOOD !!! Don’t waste your time nor expend the money on buying anything from them! They would not VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP GET YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE OR YOU WOULD REGRET IT LATER !”

“Ed Morse Sawgrass Absolute scam. 1) I look for this offer they have posted online. 2) I visit Ed Morse Sawgrass. 3) I ask if they have the vehicle. Answer: Yes. 4) I ask if the offer is available. Answer: Yes. 5) They invite me to see the vehicle and tell me, "It's the one in the showroom." 6) I see and inspect the vehicle and ask me "if I like it." Answer: Yes. 7) They invite me to the office to "square the numbers." AND HERE COMES THE PLOT... 1) The $3,995 down payment magically becomes $7,000: "In your case, the incentives don't apply because we can't get a Mazda." (I just wanted to pay the down payment indicated in the offer.) 🤦🏻‍♂️$3,000 more down payment? 2) $299 per month becomes $500+ Dennis was the salesman Ed Morse Sawgrass”

“Too bad there is not a zero star option. I am very sorry to join the line of disappointed customers, but I had the worst experience this past Memorial Day at this dealership. I went to the dealer with the intention of test driving and possibly buying and XT6. I saw the prices on their website and they looked too good to be true, and I found out the hard way, that was exactly the case. A brand new 2024 XT6 is advertised on their website for $50,945 and I said, wow! that's a nice deal, after all, even though the car is new, it is a year and a half old. I will not bore you with the details but I was told, by a very dry and rude salesman that those prices were reserved for Military, first responders and teachers. I was sitting down in a chair and he leaned over and said to me: Are you military? are you a teacher or a first responder?. I found that quite unprofessional. He continued: "that's a 60 thousand dollar car you're asking for!". He was, in my opinion, trying to make me feel like a peasant for inquiring about a deal clearly advertised on their website. I brought up, once again, the fact that the car was advertised for $50,945 and that the first responder, teacher and military were clearly stated in the website as possible additional discounts, and not at all contingent on the deal being advertised. I was being lied to right to my face and at the same time being made feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. still, I kept calm and asked to be given an out the door price on the car, even if the price was misstated on the website. to my shock, the final price I was given was over 61,000 dollars. Apparently, there was an additional $4,995 dollars of "upgrades" made to the car by the dealer that were not listed on the price, but hidden in fine print that even the sales guy had a hard time finding on the website. You had to click on several different parts of the site to get to the additional charges. We were talked down to, and treated like second class people. Needless to say, I left and went to Lincoln of Coconut Creek, and we were treated first class. We quickly negotiated an amazing deal on a new 2025 Nautilus that would kick any xt6's behind. I have to bring up the fact that I wrote an e-mail to the Ed Morse Cadillac sales manager and he had the courtesy of calling me, extend an apology and a possible deal, and I really appreciated the call, after the bitter taste I got from visiting the dealer. He sounded like a very nice and decent person, too bad their sales person did not reflect the same. By that time, it was too late. A car is a big investment for any person, no matter the price of the vehicle, so the least a dealer can do is to have people that can treat customers with consideration and respect. I am super happy with my Lincoln and highly recommend you visit them in Coconut Creek if you are mistreated at this dealership. You won't regret it!”
