Got stuck with having to replace the tire sensors as there are none just regular valve stems without the sensor and that is a safety concern. plus, the fluids were all low and window wash was empty. Plus, the transmission is slipping, and no front lic bracket which is required by the state of WA. Don't go buy anything at Speck, as they lie, and now have bought Proser Ford, where this junk truck was from.”

“Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought my brand new 2025 Ram Warlock 4x4. My windshield got cracked driving behind a semi truck. Bought full coverage when I purchased my truck all to come find out they made a mistake and charged me another 3,000 dollars after I showed them my paperwork. Took over three months to get my windshield repaired. No call backs contacted them over and over again until they finally said oh bring it in. They did a bad job the rubber around my new windshield is coming out. Just horrible work. I work so hard to buy a new truck just to have a headache. I would not recommend buying a car or taking your car to them all around bad service and bad communication”
