“What an easy, pressure-free experience buying a car here today. Shout out to Mike (floor manager) and Cristian (sales associate) who helped make this process the least stressful as possible. I appreciate their honesty working with us and not being pushy at all. Everyone was laid back and we never once felt rushed. We’ve had some awful experiences in the past at dealerships but this was very different in a good way. Again, thank you to Mike & Cristian for their trusted help in us buying a new car.”

“I had an excellent experience start to finish. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond what I could've expected .
Fidel was knowledgeable and patient. I was sent videos of the car I was interested in and had all of my many (many) questions answered about the car. I won't say much about my test drive, just know that this man has the patience of a saint.
I was worried about getting a manual, but I had fallen in love with the car before I had even driven in.
Jayce introduced himself and brought me to an empty portion of a parking lot and spent at LEAST half an hour teaching me to feel more confident behind the wheel. He was calm and a good teacher, much better than learning from my dad. In addition, he is most definitely a certified hype man.
When it came time to paperwork, Tommy was diligent and informative. He answered even more of the many questions I had about financing, warranties, gap insurance, etc and was overall fun to work with. I don't know who did what to get me approved to finance this car, but if it was Tommy, he might be a god.
And if all of that wasn't enough, Fidel and Pablo agreed to drive my new car an HOUR away to my house for me because I was so nervous. Pablo also answered many questions about the car, what it does, the features, and just how to drive it in general during the drive.
So this goes without saying, I'd recommend this place to everyone. By far the BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership hands down.”

“We bought a pre-owned car with 14k miles. When signing, Gene showed us the thorough inspection the car had passed. I think the inspection had cost over 800$, and Gene assured us that they invested in all of their cars.
We bought the car and took it in for an inspection to find that the car was actively dripping oil. Also the cabin air filter was dirty.
Honda of summer offered to fix it for us. But we live in Seattle, so it wasn't worth driving to Sumner. We spent a few hundred dollars getting the car in working condition.
Pretty disappointed that Honda of Sumner told us that they'd inspected the car thoroughly and that the "invest" in all their vehicles, and then sold us a car that was dripping puddles of oil.”
