“We went to buy a car and trade ours in and everyone there was so nice, not pushy. Everything was explained no surprises. Our salesman Dieter was amazing. We really liked the no pressure to buy a car. We looked at three and made our decision. Highly recommend Wallace chevy”

“We had a car that we wanted to sell straight up. It was a Chevy Equinox that had only 4,000 miles on it. We knew that because of its like new condition and really low mileage, it would be pretty desirable and bring a good price. We decided to first, get a bid from Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart, Fl. Clearly the used car manager did not think the great condition or low mileage was important. After going through all the typical sales garbage they throw at you…. “How much do you want for the car?” (Dumb question that has no relation to how much they’ll pay). “The new model is redesigned so there’s not much call for this year” (you can stop the set up and just give me the price you’ll pay)! “White’s not really a good color” (BS, this is Florida, do I look like I was born yesterday?) “This is the best price you’ll get anywhere but, it’s only good for 24 hours” (Right dude!).
After all the typical car dealer garbage laid on us, they gave us a price of $23,500. Next, we went to CarMax up in Jensen Beach, FL to get a bid. What was Carmax’s (no bs, no haggling) good for 7 days price? $25,000. Guess who now owns our Chevy Equinox? You bet… CarMax!
Why anyone would go to a dealer to sell/trade or buy a used car is beyond me!”

“We went in to look. We drove out with a new to us pick up truck. Miguel Saucedo was very knowledgeable and personable. He was the perfect salesman for us. We don't liked to be pushed or pressured by a salesman, and Miguel was so patient to answer all of our many questions. We felt that he was very honest with us and went the extra mile. The sales manager was a pleasure to work with as well. He really worked with us to make this deal happen. One other thing I loved about buying our truck from Wallace Chevrolet was the paperwork did not take all day to complete like other dealerships we have worked with. Our financial worker, Francisco was able to get us a great interest rate and a great deal on an extended warranty. All in all it was a great experience.”

“Tommy Falice and the team at Wallace Chevrolet made the process of buying and trading in my car the easiest process I have ever experienced. I didn’t have to haggle, they gave me what I wanted for my trade and discount I requested on new car. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours with my new car. The communications were honest and promises made were kept. The finance manager didn’t try too hard to upsell me and respected my wishes to not take additional coverages. My 2nd deal with this group and been very happy with results. Call Tommy of you need a vehicle!”

“Wallace Chevrolet is great! We had maintenance done on our Equinox. The appointment was easy to make. The service department did exactly what we needed. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was good. It was just a short wait to have the oil and filter changed. On completion our service advisor made us aware if what w a s done and filled us in on what to expect on our next services. They did find our cabin filter needed replacement. All in all it was great service that were used to at Wallace. We did look at a few of the new vehicles but we don't need one right now. We did see a beautiful car though.”
