I just bought our 5th Infiniti. This is our sevond from Infiniti of Stuart. They have made significant changes from when they first opened. Now they are very professional, low pressure and easier to deal with. They have a nice selection of new, certified and used vehicles. 08-2019 12-2021 Bought a demo 2020 infiniti Q50S 3 years ago. Still waiting on them to repair the seat that was damage before purchasing the vehicle. Front office issue not service issue. Never recieved the rear spoiler i was promised for the issues with the seat. Again front office not service. They cant seem to keep the same upper management for more than 6 months. The awful smell that comes from the a/c system is still an issue. Other than that service has been wonderful to get warranty and regular service 11-2025. They brought Jeff back to run the service department. He was gone for 8 months and the service department went straight down hill. My wife's car was there for 7 weeks. Within 4 days of him being back she had her car back. I was there again today for a key fob re learn and diagnostic check. I was there for about 1.45 minutes. Someone got mud or dirt on the driver seat that wouldn't brush off. I had to get a few wet paper towels to get it off. Jeff was not happy that this happened. He and the 2 other service wrighters looked before I cleaned it. Hopefully nobody else will have this issue. I asked them NOT to wash my vehicle today. The vehicle was already detailed on the day before. Whatever they use is strong and strips off some of the wax and or ceramic coating. The car is clean for the most part but with water streaks and water spots. When I got the car back from service today someone washed it. I'm sure its just a habit to service and wash before returning it to the customer. 01-2026. Pretty much everyone there in sales and service is a fresh face. Hopefully they stick around a while. Nothing is worse when buying an new or new to you vehicle than walking into a dealership where you knew the 2 or 3 salesman and people in service and everybody is gone.......its not a good reputation builder when you can't hold onto employees.

Infinity Stuart was outstanding! I was traveling on vacation and wanted to upgrade my vehicle for my family. I found a vehicle online, the pricing was fair and they honored the pricing, gave me a great deal on my trade in vehicle and the entire staff was friendly and honest. Our salesman Ken was so down to earth and Pat was excellent. Thank you for the great experience, we love our new truck! 🤩

Buyer beware! Do not buy from this place! I purchased a used 2019 Escalade for almost $34k Dec 7 2025.I had a warranty of 6 months or 6k miles. The day I received it the dash said replace remote battery. The dealer agreed to put new tires on it and an alignment after new tires were installed! It was pulling far left. A few days later they picked up the car to put tires on it! At that time I noticed the car was sputtering and vibrating . There was an oil light on and check engine light on. I told the salesman to have them check it as there was something wrong . Instead they return the car and just put tires on it! They never did the alignment or check anything . They did put in a new battery on the remote So at this time I only put 25 miles on the car but didn’t drive it anymore as I was concerned the engine would blow and it still pulled far left. I called Ralston (the salesman) and I said you need to send someone to get this car there something really wrong with it. He said that was not his job. But he would have someone call me. I waited a week…. Nothing. Meanwhile I can’t drive the car. Finally after numerous calls and another two weeks go by they pick it up Jan 6. I don’t hear anything for days so I call again. Left messages no response . Again this went on for a week or so. Then I get a call from service and they want $1,400. I asked why? They said I needed spark plugs and they were NOT covered by the warranty . I said heck no! I’ve had a car I haven’t been able to drive for a month and now you want money? They never gave me a loaner either so I had to ask friends or neighbors for rides. I was told I then needed to pay1/2 $700 or they would start charging me $50 daily for storage . So I paid it. Again a week goes by. So I called and called and finally I get someone that said they put the plugs in but it was still running rough so they had to send it to Wallace Cadillac with my approval? I said why didn’t you call me a week ago? So now it’s at Wallace this is the second week! They say it will need $10,385.00 of repairs on the motor! So almost going on two months now I’ve been without a car, I have to wait another week for the car to be approved for the work and and then I’m told it will take a minimum of 35 hours to fix the motor! May I also add they never did an initial inspection of the car when they got it on trade . They washed it and sold it to me and I was told everything was done! One more problem with it was it had an electrical box hanging under the dash on drivers side near the gas pedal. So basically from Dec 6 until now Jan 22 , 2026 I paid $34k for a lemon and they have lied avoided me and expected me to walk everywhere. I urge you to look elsewhere! I don’t want anyone to go through this hell I’m going through.!

Shopped at a lot of dealerships over the past years and I must say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Ralston Rodgers was amazing. From helping me find the perfect car to getting me the perfect price. 5 star experience from start to finish. If you need a car please go to Infiniti of Stuart and ask for Ralston, I promise you won’t regret it!! Amazing service from an amazing person.

I had an amazing experience with my truck salesman-Jhon Rios. He was very nice, professional, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and truly went above and beyond to help me with my truck. I appreciate his patience and dedication. I highly recommend him to anyone!! This entire process was well worth the 12 hour ride.
