“I had a great experience working with Jacky Innocent at Essential Ford of Stuart. He helped me find my Ford Bronco Sport and made the entire process super easy and laid back. There was zero pressure, just helpful guidance. He was also incredibly responsive over text during the buying process which made everything convenient. Even after I purchased my Bronco Sport he continued to answer any questions I had. If you're looking for a smooth, stress-free car buying experience I definitely recommend asking for Jacky.”

“I had to leave this review. I am from Texas and I love my local ford dealership, but I am blown away at the level of customer service at this (Essential Ford) location in Stuart. Absolutely phenomenal service from first phone call to payment and pickup. These guys are doing a great job.”

“Great experience overall. Very impressed with the professionalism of my salesman, Alex, who made the entire process easy and stress free for me. Brandon in finance and Mike, the manager, were amazing as well. I had initiated the process via texts and came into the dealership to finalize the deal and pick up my car. I was in and out quickly, and was driving away in no time. In the end, I drove away with an awesome deal that no other dealership could match. I would definitely return to Essential Ford in the future. Thank you, loving my 2025 Mustang!”

“When I called to schedule appt, receptionist was very nice and professional. Checked all my information and verified recall and parts (as she stated) available. Arrived a few minutes early and waited patiently to 'check-in'. After doing so was directed to waiting room to wait for 1 to 4 hours (no problem, Brought something to do). An hour and a half later(!!), the service person (Marissa) approached and told me they were able to put air in my tires and I'm good to go, however unfortunately the recall parts aren't available yet, so I will have to come back another time. With so much confirming and re-confirming, HOW did this happen? The letter I received October 2025 regarding recall said parts not available yet, however call your dealer and ask. 3 months later I call and confirm and schedule. HUGE fall thru the cracks!! A BIG waste of time and resources for us both. Being impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism with Essential Ford quickly changed to HUGE LETDOWN!! Very disappointing :-(”

“My salesman Tim was great. He listened to me and understood exactly what I was looking for, then made suggestions based on what I wanted.
He never made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. He was able to take the anxiety out of car shopping and I left with a new car that was even better than what I was looking for and extremely happy with my purchase - no regrets!”
