“Anyone looking to buy a used car or a new Subaru I would highly recommend checking out Ertles. I bought my 2015 Outback from Kayla about a week ago and she was great throughout the entire process. The car wasn't quite ready when I went to go look at it but she kept in contact and kept me updated the entire time. Even the sales manger James was great to deal with. I had one minor problem with the sunroof that I sent him an email about and he called me first thing in the morning before they were even open to help get me in contact with the service department to get it taken care of. I would definitely buy another car here.”

“Purchased a CPO Crosstrek Wilderness here after months of car shopping. I am from Northern NJ and never even considered purchasing a car out of state. I shopped almost all of the NNJ dealerships and was turned off by many of them (including the one where my family and I had purchased about 10 cars from over the years). Many were far from transparent and some even added around 3k to the posted price for the CPO (which they did after you were in the dealer). I decided that I had nothing to lose so I took a trip out to PA to visit this place. I worked with Ray and John and the process was so easy, transparent and positive. Ray didn’t turn up the pressure when I told him I would have to think about it, the price was competitive and everyone at the dealer was easy to work with. I ran into a small hiccup when I noticed that the front plate bracket was not on the car (after I had technically took possession of the car). They could have told me to go pound sand. Ray looked around for it and made a call to the main dealership and told me to go there and they would install. I arrived there and they put it on without issue. Would definitely recommend and plan on this being my dealer for a long time.”
