“I bought the new 2026 trailblazer I was looking for something a little bigger than my old Buick because I just got married and have a 2 year old. Wanted something that I could take on family road trips but also something comfortable to drive around town whether to the grocery store or the park etc. My salesman Russ Yevtushuk was amazing. “Our first sales representative didn’t know anything about the trucks we were looking, treated us rudely, didn’t relay anything to his manager, and didn’t follow up to our questions. I had an excellent experience at the Westlake location but wanted the specific truck at the Strongsville lot. Thankfully the sales manager agreed to set us up with Brendan for the sale. Brendan was excellent, much more personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Poor guy got thrown into a mess but did what he could to make it right. Both he and Kenny finance were great to work with. Oh, and if you spend time at the dealership, check out their cafe! The breakfast was fantastic, great service, and great personality. He was quick to make the kids food, but also interacted with them while he was cooking. The kids absolutely loved the experience, which is saying a lot because they quickly get bored. Hopefully you take action to fix the issue with our original sale rep, but otherwise it was a good experience.”
