“I had a fantastic service experience. I arrived at my scheduled service appointment on time and was helped right away by Tom, who was very helpful and courteous. I was able to wait in Ganley Strongsville’s very nice customer waiting room which had nice plush seats and side tables in case you want to work while you’re there. There was also a television to help occupy the time which was much appreciated. When service was complete Tom was very helpful in explaining the service details, collecting signatures and showing me to my car where I noticed my in dash stats had been updated. Lovely.
