Tyler at Ken Ganley Buick GMC made my daughter’s first car shopping experience a great one. We visited two other dealerships before stopping here, but there was something about the vibe that drew us in. Tyler was fantastic. I was able to stay in the background while he walked my daughter through every feature and benefit, explaining everything in a way that helped her feel confident about the car she chose to test drive. He is knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience comfortable. Great experience all around. We’re very glad we stopped in.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was having an issue with my vehicles engine/transmission and needed diagnosed. From walking in to leaving, I had the most outstanding customer service. They listened to every concern I relayed, and addressed every single one of them during service. They were honest and trustworthy and went beyond my expectations today. The Service Advisor was Tom. However EVERYONE was personable and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Thank you so much, I will be using this location for future needs!

Our salesperson, Cameron K, was THE most professional we have ever had purchasing a car. Zero pressure - just information we needed to make an informed decision among three choices. If he didn’t have an answer immediately he found it very quickly. If you want an honest and reliable buying experience shopping for a car, ask for Cameron. By the way his very positive relationship with his manager and finance director smooths the process. They are a true team.

I had a fantastic service experience. I arrived at my scheduled service appointment on time and was helped right away by Tom, who was very helpful and courteous. I was able to wait in Ganley Strongsville’s very nice customer waiting room which had nice plush seats and side tables in case you want to work while you’re there. There was also a television to help occupy the time which was much appreciated. When service was complete Tom was very helpful in explaining the service details, collecting signatures and showing me to my car where I noticed my in dash stats had been updated. Lovely. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Ganley Strongsville to all my friends and family. Best regards. Satisfied Customer.

I recently bought a Sierra and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Bosko was absolutely fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Kevin in finance was great as well and made the process smooth and stress-free. We came here after a rough experience at another dealership, and the difference was night and day. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Such an awesome experience overall. I’ll definitely be back and will happily refer others!
