“We had an awesome and wonderful customer experience in leasing a 2025 Kia K4 from Kia of Streetsboro. First to start with the Sales Representative "Angel Gonzales". Just like his name, He is a real "Angel". He was so helpful and was being absolutely transparent in explaining each and everything very patiently. Speaking of the Sales Manager "Toy William". I have never seen such a humble and wonderful Sales Manager like him. He literally sat with me worked on the numbers multiple times, to get me a very very good deal. And last but not the least the Finance Manager "Randy". She got the finance things done super quick and everything went so smooth. The best part is that, the showroom closes at 8pm, but these people stayed late until 9.30 pm to get everything done super efficiently and we took the car delivery on the same day. These people went above and beyond to provide a 5 star experience for the customers like us. It would be great and awesome if the Sales Representative "Angel Gonzales", the Sales Manager "Toy William" and the Finance Manager "Randy" would be acknowledged and honored for their awesome service.”

“Been there couple times and never go back again, the engineers there are not professional at all, not capable and willing of doing the the troubleshooting. eg. they can't even control their maintenance quality. First time service, one of the tire valve cap is missing, fine, I bought another one. Last time, 3 out of 4 caps are damage cracked after maintenance. Easy work, but they are not capable of doing it well. Second, they are not professional to do the troubleshooting. I reported the noise issue on central console, which obviously caused by local part scratches making the noise while driving, however, they forced me to replace 4 tires, approx. $2000, saying that's the root cause and if I don't replace it they are not able to do further troubleshooting. Ok fine, I paid $2000 then got the car back noise as before. Then they were embarrassing, cuz I already told them where's the problem, the Rep told me "engineer is new he didn't know, they will fix the central console for me with discount." Ridiculous. Plus, the brake shaking issue, this is a known issue with KIA with rotor surface material, I know cuz I had experience with other KIA dealer they already found the issue and fixed it before for 2 times, however, this dealer, they can't find the issue. I have been there couple time for maintenance and reported the issue, first two times they can't find the issue. Last time I have to tell which part is exactly wrong and how other dealer did to fix this issue. Ok then they surprisingly found the issue, and, going to charge me for the parts, while this quality issue were all covered in warranty by my other KIA dealership. Tire pressure drop constantly, last time visit I reported this issue, still, answer is no problem found. Till today, my certain tire pressure is dropping everyday below to 25-30psi, air won't last than 1wk. I have to find other place to fix this problem that they can't do. Total waste of my time. I have been trying to keep my anger and disappointing while talking with the reprz, check my service record you will know what I am talking above. So dear all, avoid this dealership, save ur money and time.”
