“I had one of the worst dealership experiences of my life here.
First, they gave me a verbal offer for my car in person. I didn’t have my title with me, so I went home immediately to get it and returned the same day. When I came back, they dropped the offer by roughly 10% without any valid reason. That alone was a huge red flag and felt completely dishonest.
They also assured me I would receive the check immediately after selling the car — which mattered because I was leaving town. Instead, I waited over 3.5 hours, and no one could give me a clear answer on when the check would be ready. A manager then promised it would be delivered to my home by 10 AM the next morning (with my flight at 2 PM).
The next day, no one would take my calls. The front desk answered once, transferred me to voicemail, and then stopped picking up entirely. So they had my car, but I had no check and zero communication. Completely unacceptable and extremely stressful.
Please be cautious. Based on my experience, I would not trust the glowing Google reviews. This dealership’s practices were the opposite of transparent or professional. I wish I could rate this below 1 star”

“My experience at Elgin (Streamwood) Toyota was phenomenal. The service advisor was friendly, and took over for the person who was supposed to help me - named Ron. I will be returning every time to this location, as that was the best service experience I’ve ever had in my time of owning cars! I can’t wait to possibly also do business with them, as we bought our model somewhere else. Highly recommend this location! And Ron as your advisor! He was amazing, informative, and helpful.”

“Positive Experience:
Moe, our sales representative, took excellent care of us throughout the entire process. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely considerate of what we were looking for in a vehicle. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We really appreciated how open and transparent he was, ensuring we understood every step and felt confident in our purchase. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I would rate our experience with Moe a 5 out of 5.
Negative Experience: (a few pictures attached)
Since I live a couple of hours away, I called on Monday and spoke with Jesse to let him know that I planned to come on Saturday to look at the car I was interested in. I then called again on Friday around 8 p.m. to confirm that the car was still available before making the trip Saturday morning. Jesse assured us that the car was available and would be ready for us to view upon arrival.
When we arrived, the car had not been washed, and the interior was not cleaned. It was disappointing to be told the car would be prepared for us, only to find that no effort had been made. Despite this, we liked the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase.
After completing the purchase, the car was washed for us to take home. That’s when we noticed several scratches and paint chips that hadn’t been visible earlier due to the dirt and grime. While we probably still would have purchased the car, it was discouraging and left us feeling decived, like these might have been tactics to mask imperfections.
Lastly, this one is on me for not being more thorough during inspection. The windshield wipers don’t work on the low settings. I didn’t catch this because they functioned properly on the other settings. It’s possible the dealership missed it too, but it would have been nice to be informed that this feature wasn’t working correctly.”

“Today I had services on my Toyota Sienna 2025 .
Advisor BRENDON PACHECO was very perfect and thorough. Service porter Giovanny Gutierrez took me home was very a good driver and helped well in service area. Justin, service porter was fast and responsive. These guys need lots of appreciation and promotions for sure. Toyota dealership will benefit from them.
Also Darrel, Oscar and Lanny were polite and patient. Thank you
I came again. Nathan, manager is great, polite and fast! Jake porter is thoughtful.”
