I was impressed how they told me all about the car and went through all the specifics of the car before leaving. All the Honda staff were wonderful, even those not directly involved in the sale.”

“I truly hate leaving negative feedback but after no response from one of the managers I need to put this out there. Im sharing some feedback about my purchase from this past August at Stonecrest Honda. I bought a 2023 Honda (used, with very low mileage) back in August and was very happy with the buying experience overall. My salesperson, Sal, was wonderful to work with — he was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated that when I noticed a stain on the seat, your team agreed to have it removed. When I brought the car back in September for the stain removal, I mentioned to Lynn that I had done a deep clean and found a lot of food debris under the seats. Lynn offered a complimentary wash and advised it would be taken care of. However, I recently had the car professionally detailed, and unfortunately, the detailer still found a significant amount of old food under the seats — clearly left from the previous owner. This was disappointing, especially considering the car’s low mileage and how well it otherwise presents itself. It gives the impression that cars may not be thoroughly cleaned or inspected before being sold, but rather just detailed on a surface level. Keep in mind that I am the only driver of this vehicle, no kids or pets ride in this car so the car was already like this when I purchased it. It is incredibly disappointing that after two emails, Lynn Poisson never reached out to me. Update 12/23: no response to my email and no response to this review.”

“Thank you to Van and Tyran for an amazing experience buying my white HRV, I love it so much it drives so smoothly , they had to convince me to get it at first because I was set on what I wanted , I was ready to walk away without a car that day but they knew I would love it, they told me to sit in it , look at it and honestly I fell in love , if it wasn't for both Van and Tyran I would be carless right now, everyone tells me how much they love my car and I feel so special !!! 🥹❤️ so thank you guys for not giving up on me and being so nice and kind and helping me with everything I felt comfortable respected , treated well and heard the entire time !!!
