“Know that the price you get quoted on "sale my car" is the trade in price and not just selling to them, they do not ask you until you checkin for the visit if you wanna sell or trade. Can be off by 5k or more so believe and travel at your own risk. Ive had 2 cars be quoted one thing and it dropped by 5k or more on site for "market" .. Will not fool me three times. Got two quotes on one like 3 weeks before and it was the same price though this time they claim I put platinum as the trim vs SV .. but I know what I selected AND the quote weeks earlier was only 200$ difference but supposedly a different trim from the one today.. so again be warned and take any offers as grain of salt”

“I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle at this CarMax location. I arrived around 4:00 PM and did not leave until approximately 9:30 PM. The associate who assisted me was unprofessional, distracted, and extremely inefficient. I was even asked to move my own vehicle, which I found inappropriate. Customers who arrived after me completed their purchases and received their vehicles before I did.
The overall atmosphere felt disengaged, as if employees did not want to be there. Customer service was clearly not a priority, and the excessive wait time left me frustrated and exhausted.
The vehicle presentation was equally disappointing. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting moment, yet the car was not properly cleaned or detailed—inside or out. When this was addressed, the employee responsible for cleaning the vehicle responded with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, suggesting I take it elsewhere if I wanted better detailing. This was completely unacceptable.
While I do love the vehicle itself, the purchasing process and customer service at this location were extremely poor. Based on this experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this CarMax location. If I could give zero stars, I would.”

From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service and maintained a high level of professionalism. I had a very complex situation involving an out-of-state title, and he patiently walked me through every step of the process. What could have been extremely stressful was handled with clarity, care, and confidence. Because of his support, I was able to successfully purchase my vehicle—a Porsche Macan—and also sell my previous car to CarMax. I never felt rushed or dismissed despite the complexity of my unique situation.
