If I could give a negative star review I would. I took my Pilot there to have an oil change. I thought I had a free oil change as my first miles, but I missed the mileage by 179 miles. So I paid for it. When the technician took my car back to the service bay, he popped my front tire somehow. The vehicle had 12, 000 miles on it. They planned to replace the one tire. I was not comfortable with this as my car is AWD. I asked at the service counter if they would at least change the two front tires. I was told no as there was not enough wear on the tire to warrant this. They were un-sympathic, unapologetic, and the one woman at the service desk was just not nice. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me and had a demeanor of 'just go away'. What has happened to supporting the customer? They offered me nothing. If I wanted to replace the second tire I had to pay for it. I had a friend stop by to talk to them and he discovered that while the tire they were replacing was the same brand and size, it was made from a different composite. How could I trust that the tires would wear evenly? And down the road if there was a problem with the car how could I say that it was from replacing only one tire? I chose to pay for and replace the second tire. Along with the hassle of coming back once they had the tire(s) in stock, they offered nothing for the inconvenience it was for their mistake. It became a very expensive oil change that cost me $400. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and I was told no one was there. On the following Monday I called Jesse Wells and left a message asking him to call me back in regards to my service.. he never returned my call. I will never take my vehicle to Tyler again when I am back in the area.. I will drive to the next nearest dealer.

Beware! Their service department is dishonest and tries to rip people off. My wife took out newer Odyssey for an oil change and they came back with a list of things that the techs said needed to be done costing over $400. It was all nonsense. For example they said we needed new wiper blades when we had just put on brand new high quality blades. Then my mother in law took her CRV for an oil change and they did the same thing. Of the many things they said she needed included a new battery for $270 and a $55 labor fee… but her battery was already new. I had her take it to an auto parts store to get it tested, and the battery is perfect. I will advise everyone to avoid Tyler Honda.

They will rip you off. They are very disorganized. They charged me 80 Dollars to align my hood and they did not do it right and it was all crooked I will never be taking my car again for any type of service.!!!! I am very disgusted with them I would not recommend to buy a car from them or to have them work on your car because they will destroy it and you will have to go to someone else to get it fixed And they put the fall on my fender when my fender was not the issue Yes

Trysten did an excellent job, we went through the car buying process with ease and felt comfortable in the process. It's not very often you walk into an establishment and don't feel rushed or pressured. He's a nice guy doing a great job as a carsalesman. Thank you for your time bro (and the detailing)

I had gone through a couple weeks of car-buying hell full of cheap salesman tricks, mental gymnastics, and tremendous wastes of my time before landing at Tyler Honda. Mark and Justin were entirely sympathetic and pulled up a great value vehicle that was in my price range (after taxes and all) first attempt. They did not poke or prod me to buy anything extra after they were made aware of my budget. The vehicle has driven for a month now with no issues. I seriously recommend these guys if you want to work with honest salesman.
