“I was in a deer collision on October 8th had my volkswagon atlas brought to them to fix took 4 times going to pick it up and finally make it home without a problem. 2018 volkswagon atlas se 4 motion. V6. Finally got it back last Tuesday December 16th i believe. Was told on the phone from the manager that it didn't cost me anything the 3rd time picking it up. They charged my extended warranty which I paid 3200$ for when I bought the vehicle so how it didn't cost me anything makes absolutely no since! Literally the worst service I have ever had in 45 years on this earth! Was told by Geico they work with Stevenspoint volkswagon regularly. Vehicle should have been totaled so it definitely makes me believe them. If all the problems where caught at the beginning it would have been! Instead I went from what Geico valuation was at 12800$ too a trade in value of 2800$ and a vehicle half way fixed! Full comprehensive coverage mind you. So by law it should have been returned in the condition it was before I hit the deer (obviously wasn't) tho! Please don't use this company as i got a big run around and im eating the money and loss at this point even with comprehensive coverage and an extended warranty! Went to the dealership side and asked them for the best trafmde in value since all the work and oil changes tires etc... have been done there and got a big run around on that too. Missed Thanksgiving with my family and now renting a car for Christmas unfortunately. More than 2 months for a car with what they would call not totaled. Definitely a 1 star place! 4 times to finally get our vehicle back!!!!! Was told everytime it was completely safe and fixed!!!! Can't stress that enough! My vehicle jerked at 70 mph on the highway twice with huge issues they caused. Was charged the first few times my deductible and then over 500$ twice! Had to rent my own vehicle twice then the 3rd time they gave a loner (which sucked)! Please don't use this place! God bless and Merry Christmas!”

“It’s been a challenge to finally get the title for the vehicle I bought from this dealer over a month ago. With all respect, the dealer was not holding my title, however Volkswagen Credit was due to some misunderstanding on their end where it was showing that vehicle was not paid off by the dealer when in fact it was paid off a few months ago. Volkswagen Credit should be ashamed for making me call the dealer for a month straight without any resolution. I appreciate all the help from the dealer especially from Laura, Lukas, Chad, and many others who’ve helped me resolve this case. A special thank you to Laura for connecting me with the VW Credit and getting this resolved after she just talked with them 1 1/2 hours before our call and they had no record of her calling in. VW Credit needs to improve their processes, otherwise their reputation is going down. I am giving 5 stars to the dealer because it was none of their fault, and I would like to apologize for my frustration during the many calls I had to make in order to get this resolved. God bless you guys.”

“So I’m a little frustrated from start to finish. I purchased my new vehicle last year. The first time I came to look at a vehicle the sales guy refused to help me maybe thinking I couldn’t afford anything on the lot. Later I called because it was such bad treatment I then dealt with a very nice woman sales person and bought a 30k vehicle. It was late when I purchased it so she offered me a free detail next time I came in. She did not specify anything about said detail and as far as I understood it would be just typical cleaning and vacuuming. So fast forward almost a year when I needed an oil change and started noticing what ended up being severe turbo lag. I brought my car in and asked for the complimentary detailing, only for when I picked it up to have not even been dusted or vacuumed inside. By the way they had to send this out to get detailed but anyone can wash the outside of a car. I would have paid for inside cleaning had I known this detailing situation wasn’t really detailing. I used to work for a luxury car dealership and the way they do things here makes you feel like you are bothering them rather than feeling like a customer who bought a new vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever been to. I will say the service department is full of kind people but the sales team messed up big time multiple times. Also, the sales lady I worked with just up and left her job so of course no one could talk to her about this. Communication was a little lacking too. I would also like to feel treated with a bit more respect though all around as I am sure my car will end up over the years need work and I want to feel like I want to bring it to this dealership. But I suppose I could always go to Madison instead to Zimbrick.”

“We traveled out to Steven's Point because we bought our Honda out there a few years ago. I believe they are different owners, but have had great experience at both dealerships. This is about an hour away for us, but our local big name dealership has yet to impress.
The staff at Steven's Point VW was great! Very happy with our experience and how much they made us a priority.”
