My wife and I arrived the next morning to close the deal, and the whole team made the experience easy and comfortable. We were offered coffee and snacks, taken for a test drive, and never once felt pressured — which was the complete opposite of what I was told to expect when buying a car. Sophia in customer relations and Rob in finance were both warm, patient, and helpful. And just as we were about to pull away, Mike went out of his way to check for the mats he thought would need to be ordered — he found a set in stock and had them installed immediately. “My first time here! Was on my way to Cars and Coffee and noticed a few Raptor Trucks on the lot so after Cars and Coffee I decided to stop in on the way back and check some out. I had a 19 year old salesman help me who was very knowledgeable with the questions I was asking. Offered me Coffee and snacks and showed me where the Coffee Machine was! This is the biggest selection of raptor vehicles like the F-150 Raptor and the Bronco Raptor that I was ever seen at one dealer in person! They even had one Ranger Raptor on the lot! They also had so many custom Shelby Trucks as well as the Single Cab Short Bed supercharged trucks with custom wheels! It was so cool to see all of those specialty vehicles in one place!”
