I got my new Bronco from Koons. I had looked closer to me and had several dealers play typical games. Claude was amazing from start to finish. I had told him they had a Bronco that checked all of the boxes I was looking for and if available I was ready to go. Claude did exactly what he promised every step of the way. He got me the vehicle I wanted at the price point I wanted. He went out of his way to stay late and help me return the one way rental car I got to the near by airport. Claude is a top notch person.

I bought this beautiful Black on Black Ford Maverick from Koons Sterling Ford a few months ago. Thinking back on the experience, I'm so happy I went with this dealership. Here's why: 1. Rick Altunkaya was the salesman who I worked with in my transaction. He was insanely professional and kind throughout the process. He worked to get me a very fair value for my trade-in vehicle. And the price of this Maverick, loaded out the way I liked it, was the best price in a 300 mile radius. Rick was responsive via phone and text while we set up the deal. And once I arrived at the dealership, he made the process quick and smooth. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle during the test drive. And he just had such a laid back but attentive attitude that I really appreciated. I was happy to close the deal based on his excellent service. 2. Also, Rick did something pretty special which made me respect him and this dealership alot. Once I had purchased the vehicle, he walked out with me to help put the license plate on the vehicle. At that time, we both noticed a small scuff in the paint on the front right side of the truck. He instantly said that it was unsatisfactory and kindly got his manager. His manager, Thomas Higgins, came out and checked the vehicle. He apologized and said they would fix it right away. However, I did not have time that day to get it fixed because I drove in from out of state. So I left with the agreed upon intent of setting up a time later for it to be fixed with the dealership. 3. After a couple weeks, I had began to believe I could just live with the scratch since it would be inconvenient to take it back to this dealership. However, three weeks after purchase, the manager, Thomas, reached out and stated that it had been on his mind and they wanted to make this right. After discussing a convenient time for me, he sent a driver with a loaner to meet me at my house. They grabbed the truck and let me drive a nice loaner. They repaired the scuff, and got it back to me within a few days. The truck looks perfect now. And I'm just impressed with the process. This was God-tier service. A huge thanks to Thomas and Rick for the awesome truck, fair deal, and making me feel like a valued customer. Since this has occurred, I have mentioned my awesome experience in just about every conversation I feasibily can. I will come back here if ever in need of another vehicle. I recommend these folks fully!

I recently purchased a 2022 F-150 from Mike Palmer at Koons Ford Sterling, and the sales experience itself was excellent from start to finish. Mike and I negotiated entirely over email, and he was fair, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. Once we agreed on a final sale number, he even threw in a set of all-weather mats as a final sweetener — a much-appreciated gesture. My wife and I arrived the next morning to close the deal, and the whole team made the experience easy and comfortable. We were offered coffee and snacks, taken for a test drive, and never once felt pressured — which was the complete opposite of what I was told to expect when buying a car. Sophia in customer relations and Rob in finance were both warm, patient, and helpful. And just as we were about to pull away, Mike went out of his way to check for the mats he thought would need to be ordered — he found a set in stock and had them installed immediately. Those little touches go a long way. One note for future buyers: while the finance interaction itself was friendly and reassuring, some important details around add-on products (cancellation windows, deductibles, and the fact that sales tax on canceled plans is not refundable) were explained verbally in ways that didn’t fully align with the written contract terms. This only became clear after reviewing everything at home. Nothing felt malicious, but I’d recommend buyers independently verify all finance-related details rather than relying solely on verbal explanations — especially if planning to review and potentially cancel products later. Overall, a strong dealership with a great sales team, but more precision in the finance explanations would meaningfully improve the experience.

Our experience here at this dealership was great! I was first getting help from Bara, meanwhile I decided what I wanted to do with purchasing my truck. He was very helpful with sending me a detailed video of the truck and checking up on me through the process. I was taking some time to make a decision and he transferred me to Matt Amani to finish helping me with my decision, I eventually ended up going and making an hour drive to look at the truck. Matt was very Friendly and helpful with everything, he made my family and I feel very welcomed during our time there. We had the pleasure to meet other members of the staff that were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. JC and Sophia were very accommodating and down to earth. Kevin was the last person that helped us to seal the deal and made sure everything went smooth to bring home the truck. He was very helpful even though it was late already and he was friendly as well, made us feel at home. Overall, our experience was very positive and the staff was very patient throughout the entire process and were transparent. If I ever was in the market in the future to purchase another vehicle, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

I recently purchased a new F-150 Raptor from Koons Sterling Ford, and while my experience didn’t start out perfectly, I’m happy to say it ended on a very positive note, thanks to the outstanding support I received from Bilal and his Manager (Hamza). I waited two months before writing this review because I wanted to give the dealership time to follow through on a commitment they made to fix some damage that occurred to the truck during prep and repair. Naturally, this was a frustrating situation—especially after purchasing a brand-new vehicle I was excited about. But from the moment the issue was brought to their attention, they stepped up and took full responsibility. They communicated openly, followed through on every promise, and truly worked to make things right. Yes, it took some time, about two months in total, but throughout the process, they were transparent and professional. Most importantly, “they were true to their word”, which says a lot about their integrity and how they value their customers. What started as the most disappointing part of my buying experience ended up being a testament to the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction. They turned a negative into a genuinely positive ending, and that deserves recognition. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Koons Sterling Ford, I highly recommend asking for Bilal. He genuinely cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and will work to ensure you’re taken care of, not just at the time of sale, but afterward as well.
